@ScorpionCar Actually, this one is a tricky one and most times not accomplishable. Most recruiting and hiring processes are done online in a high percentage of the process. Furthermore, companies real or fake, have acquired the bad custom of not answering job applications, or taking too long to do so. Also they all have been hiding behind excuses of safety for their employees for several years now, and have become more hermetic by not providing the real names of who are taking part in the recruiting and human resources processes. Even customer service employees refuse to provide their real name when any type of situation arises, so there is very little accountability on behalf of most institutions and companies for anything. No one to provide any explanation about anything and that is not how it should be. Even the department of labor and the similar institutions around the world are very lazy and burocratic, so solving things out is time consuming.

That's akin to saying that the State apparatus must willingly relinquish power and become smaller. That is simply never going to happen. The State never, not once in the history of the current system of "mixed" economy plus representative democracy that we have in the West, has done that. Unless there is a major upheaval or imminent societal collapse (for instance, Argentina recently). Doesn't seem that's happening any time soon in richer countries like the US or the EU. The only real solution available to us right now is to create spaces on the margins, away from the domain of the State.

They will not stop KYC ever … Firstly the tyrannical mob get high on power trips. Secondly you have to understand legalese the Law ( Land Air Water) slavery and taxes and it’s jurisdictions . Anyone with a birth certificate is property of the ‘ state’. Your birth certificate is not physically you it is a corporate entity/ trust that the state owns and you are the beneficiary of that name in Block Capitals . When you sign for a bank account / job / house you are using the state’s property ( the upper case name ) . When you get paid for your job In that upper case name the state wants its taxes. Why do you think you have a Christian name ???? Christian name …. Roman Catholic Church…. The VATICAN. The Roman invasion…. Slave trade . Legal definitions… God=grantor of dominion Signature = sign of nature Council = cartel Person = natural living human and or corporate entity Mortgage = death pledge. The United States of America is a corporation registered in British Columbia not a physical land mass The United Kingdom and City of London are corporations not physical land masses. Lastly to top all that off as far as the LAW is concerned ‘ He who creates Owns ‘ anything registered with the state is the state’s property and comes under their jurisdiction. The judiciary act as God and in their warped mind have created everything. SO THEY OWN IT AND YOU. 😵💫😉

KYC is not what it was. Originally it meant the financial institution should know something about your needs and circumstances before giving you financial advice. At some point it changed and became "know your inside trouser leg measurement and the names of your first three girlfriends so we can check up on you" and now has absolutely NOTHING to do with serving the interests of the customer.

Company secretary and head of compliance for several multinational companies. Though I mainly get engaged by companies for restructuring compliance is a large part of my job. The irony of KYC and AML is that it achieves little when it comes to organised crime and especially terrorism. Terrorists and non state or state sponsored actors have their own global networks. Hawala brokers are used in the Islamic world for example. Some are registered but many are informal and outside of regulation entirely. Little has been done to address that. Whereas it has become a massive issue to keep your regular bank accounts in order for multi level and multinational businesses. It has probably effected petty crime a fair bit but in reality, the impediment to normal business and even functioning democracy far outweighs the benefit. In the UK in one year almost 5% of bank accounts were closed by banks. This is of course a scandal and unsustainable. So why does nothing change? Because the data collection MUST be the real upside. The EU in particular is by far the most damaging to business. Though member states implementation of EU law differs greatly.

2fa is a love/hate thing to me. Its nice that banks want to help protect users but when the phone becomes the kingpost for interactions... you no longer have internet banking, you have phone banking. Cup of coffee nukes your laptop one morning? Not that big a deal - logon using another device. Drop your phone in the pool or some other mishap and you cannot bank except in person until probably the next day at least - a good way to nearly ruin a vacation if out of the country: if the bank stops your card for being out of pattern while you are trying to buy a replacement phone... anyone see how big the headacche can get? By the way, be very cautious of hotel phones overseas: going through their front desk [pabx] often legally entitles them to add their own surcharges to the bill and price varies widely from business to business. Spain comes to mind.

Hello. Rob how can my google photos be safely transferred to a degoogled phone.
@cyleleghorn2463 ай бұрын
I'm not Rob, but I would suggest you to use the "google takeout" service to export and download ALL of your data from google photos. This will only include what has been sent to Google's cloud servers, some photos may only be saved on your old phone if you ran out of cloud storage or disabled automatic sync. Once you have your photos downloaded from takeout, or copied from your old phone, you can transfer them to your new phone. I don't know if there are any security concerns with signing into google takeout? There shouldn't be, but if you recently started using a VPN exclusively then Google may be able to correlate your new VPN IP address with your google account and eliminate your anonymity? I'll wait for someone with more knowledge to chime in on that.

I would start. 20 years ago your data wouldnt be so detrimental. Today it can be used to block an insurance claim, change your premium, block access to mortgages and other financial products, health insurance etc. Also many companies I work with get full reports on executives they want to hire. These security files are massive. But I have noticed that they are introducing these checks for less and less senior roles. For example, one global company I know will not recruit you for a senior role if you have a facebook at all. I was lucky to be in place within contract when this was introduced. So I was unofficially warned about it before the renewal. The level of data in these files is insane. Who you talk to on whatsapp etc, what group you are a member of and how often was surprising to me. But these are the uses I know of. Personally what concerns me most is the uses I havent even come across yet. What you do from here on matters more than ever.

At the moment of deposit, the funds become the property of the depository bank.Thus, as a depositor, you are in essence a creditor of the bank. Once the bank accepts your deposit, it agrees to refund the same amount, or any part thereof, on demand. Thanks to laws put in place after the Great Depression, if you have less than $250,000 deposited in a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, your money is protected, even in the event of a bank failure. For the average American with less than this amount in a single bank account, there is no need to worry about the safety of their deposits.
