Ive said it once n Id say it again Ben provides more information on his industry street food vending than any other teacher gives you on any other opportunity Ive seen people charge good money for the kinda detailed info you provide, if any business was easy we would all mooch off it until it bursts like the real estate bubble.

Ben, I think you're right, people feel more comfortable dealing with a female vendor. It's just less threatening. So I've decided I'm going to start dressing as a female and wearing make-up and nice perfume. I reckon that should really bring the customers in big time!!

If you are having fear of asking for spots…. This worked for me. I went in and practiced on a location I never intended to set up in. I went out for six locations Five of six said absolutely!!!! One said I’ll get back to you. They did two weeks later with a wine tasting event. Anyway; I figured out that if I go in there with confidence, because I already know if they say not interested….. I have five other spots I can work at. Believe me I was scared to death to go in and ask; every time I got more confidence and I received yes every time.

When you think about giving up, remember how much you disliked your last job. That's going to be my mentality. I will not give up on my hotdog cart. I haven't started yet, i am currently doing my homework , but when i start and have problems i will ask Ben for help. But i will not give up on myself. Never !! Thanks Ben..

Some people don't put out any effort. If you cant sell hot dogs then sell sausages, there's a million different kinds of sausages you can sell. Put sausages on chips, tortilla or fritos or Cheetos. Put on some salsa or pizza sauce.
