In this episode, Drew shares with us his favorite X-Men character - the one and movie man of mystery himself, Longshot. We'll take a look at his origin story in the Longshot six-issue limited series, his powers, his dynamic with the other characters, and his introduction to the X-Men team.

They actually did do a couple of episodes in the 90's with mojo world that had a bit of longshot. I just watched them recently on the Disney app. great show thanks.

I love Longshot. Hes goofy and expressive and mysterious but refreshingly bright spirited.

Ha! Same,bro! That '90s X-Men cartoon 100% was my gateway into all of the various X-titles,and the entire medium of comics. I guess that's a lot of people's comics and X-Men origin story,though. That's how famous KZbinr Comic Book Girl 19 was introduced to comics,as well.

I'm an 80's baby. Wanted to clarify that yes there is an episode of the 90's cartoon season 2 called,"Longshot". It's ok but I don't think it does him justice. I love Longshot. His luck ability is definitely similar to Domino but it also reminds me of Bullseye too. His agility reminds me of Spider man. Just a well rounded super hero. Plus he ends up with one of one of my favorite female heroes Dazzler. I always thought she was super sexy!

Wasn't Longshot a mutant with a luck ability?? Yeah the whole mojoverse and shatterstar things, but the attractions of females, and rockstar thing that accompanies luck. Plus the throwing knives. I think he has a luck mutation.

Marvel screwed up the continuity of Longshot and Dazzler’s relationship and characters and Shatterstar’s birth and upbringing.
