Another cracking video mate! 👍 I know I've said it more than once, but I really hope that one day you will become an instructor. Your mindset and the way you pass on your knowledge are just spot on in my opinion. Thanks for all your previous videos, especially the Mod 2, most helpful. Shame you've lost your demonstration car park, cheeky wossnames! And for the good news, I passed my Mod 1 yesterday and passed my Mod 2 this afternoon...now I need to sleep for a week! Cheers and stay safe. 🤜🤛

Just waiting to get back on the road after my first summer of riding last summer. I'm in northern Ontario so still snow here , few weeks to go for me. I'm nervous to get back on the bike but excited. I'm going for a hernia surgery on my groin soon, I am hoping that won't make it difficult for me to ride all season. I got a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 500. Next summer I will absolutely need to upgrade as I did over 15000 kilometers last summer and a lot of hiway driving . Safe riding this season !

Anyone can ride fast, not everyone can ride their bikes at 5km an hour without issues happening. That shows skill. Slow riding is skillful, fast riding is not.

Hope the surgery goes well. Thankfully we don't get hit with that much snow. Ride safe 🤜🤛

Another great video and still watching your mod 1 vids that are brilliant. I've got myself a little routine of when getting ready to go out that just helps get me focused so 100% get what you're saying. Keep the videos coming and can't wait for the one where you tell us you're a full time bike instructor 😉😁

Cheers, Dave. Having a wee routine to get prepped for a ride is always a great idea so good job 👍. Lucky enough to be start training next year to become an instructor so can't wait 😁. 🤜🤛

I was training for Das 2 last Sunday in York. while I waited for a bike and radio I mentioned I've been watching a youtuber for tips and said, "a scottish bloke". As soon as I said it eyes lit up and someone said, "moto something". Anyway after a few compliments went your way our trainer said "ahh you don't want to do that. Don't watch youtube" hahaha so you must be the competition.

Quick question Dry lube or wet lube? What do you use? What chain cleaner do you use? I’ve been using Wurth dry lube but it’s very dry and I’ve got a bit of rust on links so thinking of switching lubes
@MotoEcosse2 жыл бұрын
Hey, Beverley. I use Motul for both chain cleaner and lube. They're both wet. When I lube the chain I'll give it a coating first, then spray some into a rag and go over the chain. This tends to help penetrate all the chain and can sometimes help with the surface rust. 🤜🤛

Im eyeing on the YS125 vs GSX S125 which is more beginner friendly? can you review a new technology called RIDE VISON? its an aftermarket safety collision avoidence warning system for bikes
@MotoEcosse2 жыл бұрын
They'd both be beginner friendly so down to personal choice really. I'd look at running costs and insurance etc and choose from there. If 8 can manage to get a hold of it I'll definitely review it. 🤜🤛
