I know now that I have to quit a lot cold turkey & hold out & remove & replace old habits & way of living my lifestyle & cut them out completely so that I can replace it all & live the right & only way of living that’s logical & realistic & sustainable out of common sense so I don’t deprive myself from missing the chance to meet & connect with my person especially if it’s to cross paths with my soulmate that’s on the right path too cause it’s self sabotage at that point & nihilism yet I will start loving myself “right”now cause I deserve the better higher up beat & positive version of myself with the right great mind,body & spirit just as much as she does & benefits from it & me being that embodiment of me & cause im tired of setting myself way back & feeling & thinking like crap & functioning like it so very much & not living up to my upmost highest expected potential standard rightful birth right as his angel cause we can always do better & be greater than where we already are for my sake yet more as well for me to be able to do his work on the low & behind the scenes & for people to receive me well & a better version of me & live it & experience the real me! 🙏🏻🕉️

I got quite fragile nervous system i had to learn a lot about my self , but damage was already done i guess..

Yes I'm still working out, however I'm only at the gym for 1 and a half hours instead of 2-3 like I usually do. The goal was to see how much energy I could exert in a starved state. I was pleasantly surprised. And no supplements or food, just water and 0 calorie electrolyte drinks

I've been thinking about doing a fast like this and was wondering about the best course of action. I work as a Corporate Caterer, so I'm constantly around and preparing food. So, that might make it difficult. Lol! Although, I am on 4+ months of Seed Retention, so if I can control my sexual urges while working on my relationship with Jesus Christ, I'm pretty sure I can do it. Philippians 4:13

@@jewelofnile2424 i personally don’t like alcohol and haven’t had any for over a year and a half. Last time I had some was a small glass of wine and I just don’t like it. As far as professionally, my recommendation is not to drink it more than once a month or if you do, save it for special occasions a few times a year
