It has been very difficult to tell stories and articulate myself to other people and sound outgoing, charismatic, and confident without forcing it. There was always this sense of uneasiness and anxiety in me, like I was never in control. Being 26 years old now, In these last couple months of semen retention I have been able to socialize better and use words that I have never used in conversations before and it’s really satisfying. It’s like an effortless flow of energy, I noticed I’m less anxious and stressed during most interactions lately, like I have this sense of calmness inside of me. My whole life I’ve felt very dumbed down and incapable of being a real man, and I assumed it was because I didn’t properly go through puberty or something. I’m very grateful I finally found the cause. I still have a long way to go on this journey, but I’m just glad things are becoming easier, I’m finally getting a taste of what it means and feels like to be a man.
