Great video. You can try doing a apple cider vinager rinse after you deep condition, to avoid build up like you mentioned.

I always end up with some of the stuff on my hair I usually use a stocking cap to strain out my blended natural ingredients. But I will try this I haven't try it as yet I've seen it used before.

I was telling my daughter that there are a lot of things we have here that people need that we take for granted. And there are things people have that we need also. Like for example we have a lot of herbs and natural things here in Jamaica in my backyard. Just did a fenugreek past yesterday and I found it to be quite drying. And I actually used the seeds and blended my own paste because of powders having fillers in them . Idk why it felt so rough. ? Maybe I can't use it alone .

Fenugreek has protein it was drying for me the 1st time I used it, so I started to incorporate moisture in 2 different ways... 1st way: I mix my Fenugreek paste with honey, cover with plastic cap for 20min, rinse, follow with deep conditioner under dryer for 20min... 2nd way mix paste with a good moisturizing deep conditioner and sit under dryer for 30min.... your hair won't be dry after, if it is, you should look for a more moisturizing conditioner

A very easy to get one is water 💦 tbh and follow with a leave in like cantu Shea leave in or you can make aloe juice it’s very moisturising and can actually grow your hair❤️

@@rahmahdalhat8484 I sometimes use cantu Shea butter leave in. These diy leave ins I do are usually quite moisturising for my hair so it doesn’t feel dry most of the time. I’d say it’s always best to listen to your hair I moisturise 2x a week but you may need more if your hair is different textures and dry. For creams usually is the cantu Shea butter for oils I use olive oil coconut oil fenugreek and other diy oils. So it depends on what I’ve got available at the time really. I hope this helps ❤️
