Sorry to leave a second comment but I’m so glad you shared that story about the 50 bookkeeping companies in Fort Lauderdale. I have been thinking about trying to have my own bookkeeping business but I was worried that the market was saturated. As soon as you said there were 50 companies I was like “oh god that’s so many… I really shouldn’t bother trying to start a business.” But when only 3-5 companies were even giving you the time of day that really opened my eyes!!! Even if the market seems saturated it doesn’t mean you can’t compete if you’re doing even the bare minimum of responding to an email and answering a phone call. I don’t how why I get so pessimistic about everything. I know I can put in the work and outshine the competition.

Happy birthday!!!! I was thinking to myself, "Annie has been uploading lately but she hasn't posted in a couple days." Then I see the thumbnail and I was like "What is she up to??!!" If you haven't seen it I highly recommend this video: "What I learned from 100 days of rejection | Jia Jiang | TED." It's a Ted Talk about a guy who was struggling with rejection so he decided to be rejected on PURPOSE once a day for 100 days to grow a thicker skin. But what happened instead was really surprising. I go back to that video all the time. I'm not in sales, but do creative writing on the side (poems, and a novel). And my poems get rejected all the time. I have started a collection of my rejections! That way instead of being sad about being rejected I get to add the letter to my collection, like a scrap book of my determination!

COULD IT BE that you have trouble with the less expensive, more readily available "corn-fed" beef but would not have trouble with organically raised, grass-fed beef? ALSO, the vast majority of shrimp offered for sale in U.S. stores & restaurants is farm raised, not wild caught. I think farm raised salmon is not healthy to ingest, so I always buy "wild caught" salmon.

I don’t know. I got the skin prick test where they prick your skin, then put droplets on the pricked area to see if there is inflammation. So it might not be the cows diet, just simply that it’s cow.
