Bought the course this week. Just got through enough of the content to feel confident approaching businesses, but on a whim I stopped at a place with an ugly mess of 8 foot long sheet metal pallets. It was simple. Owners weren't there, but I think I have my first supplier. Went down the road 1000 feet & found a few small businesses with unneeded pallets just setting out. I'll be hitting it hard Monday morning.

I bought the course about a year ago. I was recently fired from my 5 year city job due to vaxxine mandate. I am now ready to begin my business full time. Im about to go back to the course and refresh what John has taught me. Thank you John and good luck to everyone smart enough to understand what he is saying.

Sir, does no one notice how you evade the obvious question about how much is overhead like repairs and maintenance of the vehicle(s), fuel, taxes, office supplies. I mean, PT Barnum would be proud.

Hi Dennis I would be happy to cover those topics. This last truck that I use was purchased 7.5 years ago. F350 I got it for 3600.00 I don't have to drive much since my pick ups and deliveries are usually within 5 block of each other so my gas expense is less than 25 bucks a week - even at todays prices. My oil changes are few and far between because of low driving miles. I have had the brake pads changed once in 7.5 years. My insurance (liability) is 85.00 a month. I do pay taxes but the training provides all the deductions for keeping more of what you make in your pocket. Office supplies can be as little as an invoice book for 5.00 at office depot and a pen. I use Quick Books presently I use the tax bundled version so its $12 a month. If you compare those expenses to what I make on an average day, doing two loads equaling 240 pallets total and getting them for free and sell them for between $8 to 10 per unit that comes to between $1920 to $2400 in a morning. That far outweighs the expenses that are listed above. I am perplexed where you feel I was being evasive. In any business there are normal expenses, in my opinion they are minuscule compared to other business. If you wanted to start a Domino franchise as an example you would have 250k out the door before you sold a pizza. Do remember you can do a daily rental of a truck and starting out just stack your orders up on one day of the week - It'll cost you around 140 bucks but If you do a few loads like the example above its well worth it. I sure hope this helps and if you would like to ask any other questions feel free to se up a call. We would be happy to chat about whatever is on your mind. Be great --- from John Wilker Owner of The Simplest Biz - thesimplestbiz@gmail.com

John, I can't wait to be a testimony for your course and plan. Took me forever to get the course, then my former company layed nearly half it's staff off. Which only provided more motivation, then I nearly totaled my truck. One thing after another has attempted to keep me from starting, but I'm a pitbull, who doesn't quit or coward away. Truck should have been done, but everyone uses "Rona" for their time delays.... Once my Hummer is Home it is on, I WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN MY VENTURE, as I have been throughout my life. Can't wait. Elmore County checking in and holla later💪

Here is the good news... the movement of commerce is at capacity. We do need about 60,000 new truck drivers... but everything that is used to move stuff presently is moving stuff. The world is awash in shipping and it has gotten bigger since (and during) covid. The internet - (with business to business orders and raw materials are moving at warp speed. Its a good thing.
