Carmen RODRÍGUEZ SU does ship to places out of the US you just have to have a SU site that is friendly to your country. I have a demo in Canada (but you can use the web site and not a demo.... it just gives someone , an income.) Go to FB for a SU group and ask for a demo. Canadian Scrapbookers is the one I choose. Don't be discouraged....................... some countries may not have a site but many do....
