Isolated muscle weakness is often just assumed to be a muscle that has weakened for whatever reason. And the antidote to this is often strength or resistance-based exercises - which makes perfect sense. However, I find clinically as a Physiotherapist that a large percentage of muscle "weakness" is not actually a true weakness, but an inhibition brought on by something else. Here's what you can do and try to figure this one out for yourself!
