Oh, Nicholas, this was difficult. For several years now, my life has not been mine. Looking back at this past year and trying to find a moment that felt good was near impossible. However, I made myself for myself stay on it. I was able to find 2 incidents. They were short but recognizable. In both, I felt weightless, peaceful, and airy. They were breathable and not complex. They were lite So this luttle, informal word LITE I choose as mine. I hope that it will come to have a huge impact on my life. It's a lot of pressure for such a small word I know 😅 but I feel it can do the job. I also gave it some helpers in the way of shapes.writing down what each one represents to my heart. I will combine them and begin the journey. One that is long overdue. Art expression in some way every day is my goal. Thank you, Nicholas, for taking the time to encourage, enlighten, and give a nudge in the right direction to those of us stuck within ourselves 🎉😊

I've chosen a word of the year before, but never the deep dive - thank you for this. COURAGE have the courage to be more vulnerable, to connect more deeply with others and to state my needs be resolute in caring for myself and brave enough to accept the possibility of failure as opposed to avoidance be fearless in making, sharing, try new things as well as completing what's uncomfortable be adventurous and stop being afraid in checking the bucket list be brave enough to show up for myself and others, explore my feelings and motivations more deeply and have the courage to trust my intuition

This was a great segment. I’m a new watcher. In 2019 I had a theme for my art - “Put a Little Love in Your Art” - I hid a little red heart in every painting that year - very subtle and you had to search for it. Because your word is heart, you might want to consider this for your art. Thanks for your great ideas.
