What you're talking about is the shamanic way of healing, where you rewrite your past and dream your life into being. Alberto Villoldo speaks about that often, you might resonate with his way of looking at life ❤

Ohhh thank you so much for expressing this, I really appreciate it because I have been going back and forth between the two different ways for years since my mom passed away when I was 8 years old and my grandmother passed away when I was 15 - I won’t lie I endured traumatic events in my childhood and I worked hard to forgive myself and the people who created my trauma so I could let go and move forward, but when I finally had children I nurtured them and I went at it hard because I didn’t have any role models to look up to in particular because my whole family which are my mother’s siblings raised me so I took something positive from each and everyone one of them and created my own nurture vs nurture but social norms made it extremely difficult to be a parent in the 90’s and going forward all the while trying to raise my kids to understand that life is short and nobody has control over whether it ends now or later and that it’s important to be present right now, I was literally that really different child growing up and that same thing as a parent and I’m 54 now and I think that it’s been really important to have grandkids on the spectrum to have connected to at another level of awareness, awakening and understanding that has helped me in my spiritual development, growth and evolving in life.. Believe me when I say that I went back to try to heal that inner child, I dreamt that my inner child and I metaphorically sat on the edge of the ocean shoreline and watched the sunset in the distance and she took my hand in hers and said don’t do this anymore because you have come to far and have worked to hard to heal and learn to love yourself - you have always been aware of that and let go of those attachments and have always been the one trying to make sure the ones you love do the same thing to and not take anything negative with them into each new relationship, but you are not responsible for fixing them because they will understand everything about you and thank you for it soon or later and that is okay.. It truly took me a while to realize that my inner child spoke truth and I ignored her because I thought I needed to heal her to find enlightenment spiritually and awakening but every time I looked at photos of myself I was never focused on anything negative I only remembered the positive things in my memory and the happy moments - it took a while to figure it out and an amazing work coach therapist to help me see and understand that along with the passing of a loved one that I was extremely close to who was Buddhist as well as the pandemic to put me back on and find my way back that amazing beautiful path and journey that I was originally on throughout my youth and adulthood.. I want to thank you for posting this video because it is helpful to me in so many, many ways that you have no idea especially because I have a rare heart condition my whole life that I have never allowed to dictate my life and recently I caught whatever virus going around that affected me and I went to reach for a cup of coffee and I found myself passing out in the process because I was having trouble with my heart condition and didn’t realize that what I had caught was affecting it - my heart was beating so fast cutting off the oxygen levels to my brain that I didn’t even realize that the feeling I felt as an altered reality was actually the reality that I was experiencing in the moments I was starting to pass out in front of my kids and the whole entire time I was laying on the floor I was between the state of two realities if that makes any sense one where I was don’t call 911 and the other where I was like if this is it, I’m okay with it I have lived a good long life.. I caught the very first COVID that sent us into lockdown before the nation knew that it existed and it affected me physically, mentally and emotionally but I bounced back and again I have not allowed what it has done to me dictate how I am living my best life again, I am just trying to live each and every day as if in a way it might be my last, and every day and moment I am grateful for waking up and going to bed and I cherish each and every moment I can with my family and i physically photograph all of it because I want my kids and grandkids to come together and celebrate my life knowing that I loved them harder than anything I have ever loved before in my life and it was all worth it

What’s the heart? How do I change my heart? I was born with this heart. Do I now have to have a physical heart transplant? You said;,”Once you “change” your heart.” Please elaborate for the young souls reading your comment now and years to come. Do you speak literally change the heart for a new heart from an organ donor? If not; then what is the heart?
@lfcrap
@lfcrap Жыл бұрын
@@iLuvTheMostHighwe refer to the heart when we speak about feelings. You don't change your physical organ (that's ridiculous), you change the way you feel about things. Have you ever heard expressions like "Follow your heart" or "On the call of the heart"? They're all about profound feelings people carry within themselves. Basically it's all about our mind, but we're used to associate mind with rationality, that part of us that uses logic and overthinks stuff; that's why the image of heart is used to express what is beyond logic, i.d. the feelings. Hope it helps 🥰
@lfcrap
@lfcrap Жыл бұрын
@@iLuvTheMostHighI'm not the author of the original comment, I'm not 100% sure that they meant exactly what I wrote above, but it's a widespread idea of what the heart is, so I hope I've managed to clear something for you.

So sorry for your loss Aaron. Repatterning is a very powerful technique that Spirit gave me in meditation over a decade ago and I started doing it and you can literally change your past if you do that right and then I met a healer at Lily Dale who used a similar technique. I had an "incurable" autoimmune disease I cured from doing this work. I'm thrilled to see more teachers speaking on this technique.

Aaron, when you use your own life as it is happening experiences they do hit home, on how we can do the same. It's easy for somebody to explain what and how to help us but, when it's being done to the one that's teaching us, it's showing that it is working. You have a unique way of teaching that grabs our attention and it makes everything so interesting. So many times you use your own trauma as guides on how it has worked on you. Keep teaching the same way.

Wow! I posted earlier but just got a chance to listen all the way and I totally get you! That is exactly what happened to me. My mom had such a rough childhood (grew up in Round Rock children’s home lastly) she was so worried she would be a bad parent. We were really close and her passing was what led to my spiritual awakening . I looked back and so many things made more sense. It was like all along she was walking me down the path that I needed to be on at that moment. Sending love your way!

I’m so sorry Aaron to hear of your moms passing, my deepest sympathy come to you and your family. ❤ I understand now how you can change your past like you i looked at the positive past which i had a great childhood it was full of love so when i went out into the world out on my own i was full of love but i wasnt taught about how others could be so nasty and i got all the love thrown bk in my face. I became a ppl Pleaser but i have healed that part and shifted to my 20’s when i had my first baby and that was wonderful. Thanks Aaron for all your videos helping us heal our inner child. They sure helped me. 🤝✨🫶🏻💫☀️💫

This is powerful but I think it’s hard when you’ve witnessed traumatic things as a child, violence etc. The same memory always comes back, yes, as an adult you learn to react to it differently, but the facts don’t change or the visual memories. My sister and I have the same memories of events, we rarely talk about them but they haven’t changed in 40 years. But we’ve both turned things around to make them into a huge positives and your teachings always resonate with me. Thanks, Aaron! Sending good wishes and hug for the loss of your mum 💓

My Dad and Stepmom passed within 2 months of each other. I’m 55 yrs old and I met my stepmom when I was 5. (My stepmom was a good person 😊). It was after she passed that I became fully aware of all of the positive influence she had in my life. My stepmom and her family accepted me as their own and now I can be an example of the love they showed me. I think it’s interesting that Aaron mentions his awareness that came after his mother passed. I believe both my father and stepmom are still with me. 😇

I think that different kind of techniques works for different kind of people, depending on what level/frequency/step/whatever you want to call it… they are on. Meeting and feeling my emotions and childhood trauma has helped me to understand so much, heal deep wounds in a human-way. Now when I am feeling more powerful, safe and protected, these more spiritual approaches resonates with me instead.

Definitely Aaron. Genders have collective issues because of the separation construct in 3D. And need to clean that up. And you cant be in your heart when its obstructed with anger and pain. Its impossible. And since no one escapes the job on this planet they came for no one is in a space of heart when there is energetic resistance and obstruction. Clearing the way to reside in honesty in the heart is a process we all go through. Ty Aaron for all that you do for humanity. Much love. ✨🍃💫

It is amazing how I started doing this technique unconsciously 😅 a few days ago and found my self asking those same questions.. why do I have to relive my past so then I said "scratch that" and began to declare a new story. It was absolutely liberating. Then you put up this video, it's my confirmation I am connected to my higher self. Thank you ❤ I will check out your revision technique video.

this is great information and can really change the world we live in - however I do think we need to be very careful because I hate to say it but this is much easier for those who have risen above the pain or who are not in life death situations with abusers. Children and others who have no power to move away from horrible dynamics cannot do this nice little head trip and things are all better. But for me, as someone with privilege (when I say privilege I mean someone who is not dealing with survival on a daily basis, who can live on their own away from these dynamics and who has enough money to get by easily) who has pulled myself away from a lifetime of abuse, I can see that working in this direction now is very very valuable

You have changed alot in two years and way more determination then before and so strong on what you believe is true... i believe we need that negative past to remind us to help us in the future. Like your step mom or my mom i vow to never be like that so if i hadn't gone through it i would never know what not to become 💜💜💜 my past may not be the best but its made me who i am and i love really love who i am now. Im happy with all that ive gone through... if i could change anything in the past it would be marrying a guy who loved my kids and i when they were little and having someone help me raise them but i cant change that past my kids are already grown and out of the house ... but i love every time i had with them... if i change it in my mind i will be the only one who thinks its was all perfect and be looked at like i need to go into a nut house because i will be the only one who believes in something that was never there .. is this what your saying that we all need to do? Is believe in something that never happened??? 💜

It is great to see you talking about your process of your mom passing. May God rest her soul. I find that a big part of becoming a mature person is understanding that people are not perfect and they never will be. Everyone does the best they can, with what they have. I wanted to do a better job than my parents. But when I became one I recognised how hard it is, to be fully present with your child and give them what they need. Even as a stay at home mom. Just because some families are together doesn't mean they had the best childhood. I think we were never supposed to get it all, so we can rely on a higher power. This world was not designed to be perfect. I understand the concept of changing the story and how to look at it, as finding the gift. Because someone had a difficult childhood they can relate to others better. They understand what it feels like, to grow up without a nurturing home. They have empathy for children who are less fortunate, because they were chosen to become a healer, to make the world a better place. Things will get better. I just don't want you put too much pressure on yourself, to snap out of it. You are doing great Aaron! Thank you for sharing your beautiful insights! Changing the story is about being thankful for the hard times. They made you who you are. You understand how important it is for someone to express their feelings. That is great. You understand the importance of holding space for someone in distress. That is magnificent. It was a blessing! Your mom's depression turned you into a compassionate human being. So many people miss that. You have a gift. Compassionate people are healers by nature. You add so much thought to it as well. Can you be ok with that? We are thankful to have you here with us.
