This is NOT clearing negative energy. This is removing, using subtle intonations, recollections of the cause of that energy. It's the inverse of what you want to do. Those memories are what guide your hand, and allow forgiveness and learning to love yourself if you did something or those who did something to you. Not the action itself, but love in the sense of forgiveness of that action and its reverberation. Letting go of the fear and the negative sure, that is important. This is not what that is. I can sense as I listen to it, plus the actual verbage in titling the video, and the language IN the video, and the sense of what's being affected, that this is what it claims, pulling the wrong thing. Plus it's best not to use something else to remove negative energy. Another person, sure, but learning techniques and doing it yourself, clearing on your own is what actually works and allows properly addressing said energy. This just buries it, and is ultimately THE primal cause of all the negative chaos and harm, and extreme split of duality energy and thought.

This is NOT how you become a better person. It's learning to love those energies and facing yourself as that energy, and the origin of it within you that generates what you're looking for. This is escapism, and is the source of the most profound negative experiences; the fear and need to run from something that makes it grow. To forgive and truly let go, you have to shine a light on each and everything in the darkest spaces of your mind. Otherwise it just drives it further, deeper, gives it more energy and allows it to foster in corners that weren't created until you decided to continue to banish it yet further and further. Nothing without isn't reflected within, nothing within isn't reflected without. All is all, all is nothing, nothing is everything. It's something you only fully understand as you learn to dig into yourself and face yourself. You can do it. I've seen truly profound and profane, grotesque darkness, desires on the edge of insanity and understood that just one step over a very narrow line, and I would have taken a truly dark path...narcissism and sociopathy being just the beginning. It's just a void in the mind, the lack of love and unwillingness to face my own fears which I allowed to foster...even though others were the triggers for it, my father for example is a sadist, sociopath, borderline, and extreme narcissist. Yet I know that had I made certain choices I would have made him seem tame, and I could see that in myself as an option. I rejected it. I understood where it stemmed from, where my darkness is rooted, and ultimately it's myself and not facing those fears. I'll say this one last thing. Love and Fear are opposites, not Love and Hate. Hate is LOVE, but a perversion, or a form where you don't want to accept the idea of that love for something or someone. Hate stems from fear, which is the opposite, and thus the lack of Love. Everything that we face externally and internally are reflections of this duality of love and fear, but ultimately the only path in lieu of this duality is to fully embrace love. First of self, truly love yourself. Not a narcissistic type, but where you truly understand who you are, your spirit, your soul, your principles, your drivers and desires, not surface level like material, but deeper aspects, what about things do you like that grant a sense of deeper fulfillment, and how that reflects on your higher being, and an extension of those deeper desires. Maybe you like a handbag because deep down you want to know how to create it, or enjoy some artifice that resonates related to an expression of yourself or your past. I do realize this is a bit off the wall, and a bit of a tangent, but the point is, face your inner demons. Face whatever about yourself you don't like. Learn and understand the root of it. What created it, why you enveloped yourself in that moment or held onto that feeling, even if you don't fully recall it now. Forgive (another form of love) yourself for that, shine that light upon every aspect, every situation it came forth, and let go of your fear of how people see you and how you see yourself, the fear that drove the behaviour.
