OK here is my current issue....my husband was released on parole....the first condition is to visit his PO within 48/hours after release....I travel from 14 hours away where I live.to pick him up and make sure he is there....he arrives on time but is told his PO is on vacation and nobody else can do his initial intake visit....no supervisor is available to help....he calls and leaves messages requesting urgent help because we are running out of money to pay for hotel rooms to stay and he has a job in Texas waiting on him....after no contact for 7/days we leave for TX....finally his PO contacts him 2 weeks later...because he can't afford to make the trip back for his intake visit, the supervisor tells him he has to quit.his job and go live in a homeless shelter for at least 45 days to wait for his paperwork to be completed....and if he isn't there in 3 days she is issuing a warrant....when he couldn't make it because of the financial hardship, he calls his PO the day after he was ordered to be there and she tells him her supervisor made her issue a warrant... .he was arrested on a fugitive warrant a month later after I got pulled over for not stopping behind the white line at a stop sign....he was a passenger....he is still incarcerated.... How can a fugitive warrant be.issued when he is clearly not a fugitive ??

Another thing if you have changed your address or telephone number recently contact your PO and let them know that.

My probation officer wants me to turn myself in for a warrant. Except I missed court cuz I was incarcerated. The jail even called her verified this with her. This city is two counties away. She violated me on the last day of probation for having police contact! Non reporting, I called her one time a month. She was on extended leave and wasn’t even at court either! Seriously this lady is being unreasonable. The police contact case still is not even past its preliminary hearing, I was the passenger in a car and got charged with possession when I had nothing on me, but that’s not the way the report reads. But the footage shows different!

I just got out of 30 day rehab. Although I informed my supervising officer. I failed to login to my remote reporting before I left because I forgot. And now that I’m back I can’t login now and my p.o will not contact me back. Will I be violated if I go to the office and provide them proof that I was checked into a treatment center for the past month?

What if they don't show up for the home visit and called there office multiple times and no response. She is my new po seen her in office a couple days ago and she just didn't show up didn't even tell me she wasn't gonna make it nothing. What can I do?

Send an email to cover your bases. Sometimes they miss, and it's fine. It won't fall back on you. But I always recommend to have a paper trail showing the effort you are making

I know this is off topic but are there any symptoms you you had other than a lump when it came to breast cancer if you don’t mind sharing? I’m having some symptoms myself and will be seeing someone soon about it. And I’ve always found symptoms /diagnosis videos helpful.

Personally I didn't recognize any other symptoms the first time. However For the second diagnosis, there was breast pain and the area was turning red.

I LYNN DEATHERAGE AND IN OCT OF 2015 AND HAD A CANCER OF THE LEFT BREAST AND THEY DID A BIOPSIES ON MY BREAST, 3 DAYS LATER I GOT A CALL FROM THE DOCTOR 😷 HE SAID THAT THE RESUILT IS CANCER IN HIS OWN WAY AND I CRIED AND HAD MORE SURGERY ON THE BREAST INTILL IT CELLS ARE GONE BY SO FAST THAT I HAD A RADIOTHERAPY DONE IN FEB 2016. LASTED 8 WEEKS 5 DAYS OF THE RADIOTHERAPY DONE AND TALK TO MEDICAL CANCER DOCTOR FOR THE NEXT 4 YEARS.

@@TheBarreraLifeStyle am straight I left fuck em,I ask twice for a transfer the nice way,am not begging no one,when I turn myself in they can do what they got to do with this systematic slavery bullshit .I'll take time before being treated like a bitch..am all for doing things right but am not blowing down to no system...criminal justice system is draconic and it's outdated and has it's not build to help the people..that's why nyc created that 30/30 law,you don't have to sit on a parole violation,same thing should go for probation and they can't violate for a drug test no more,and they more lenient,the south has a long way to go,everyone in them county jails are in for probation violations,like a dirty u.a,you been in the county five months on a u.a,come on now that abuse of power..work with us and give us real tools to change our way of thinking and create a system that's really more for corrections ,so that we won't come back,but the system is build so that we can come back..am not blowing down to no system,fuck em

Thank you so much I didn’t pay my fees on time I told my probation officer that I couldn’t pay 79 cause she supposed to charge me 38 then she told me no I have to pay 79 I told her boss an asked for a supervisor an she gave me a hard time too then waived it but she said it was only going to be one time but I think my probation officer didn’t like me she is white an im black but a job is a job then after my probation officer was forced to call me back an so I can make the payment she then said thank you an your case is closed you won’t hear from us no more an thank you by! She said that fast an hung up lol 😂 I’m laughing at her cause she actually thought that she was going to boat gang me or take my money she didn’t call back after 3 voice messages an someone else took the call for me an was so nice an did the report for me there are hot an cold ppl out there an some ppl are good some just aren’t thank you so much for saying Call the boss an so the boss ends up making the payment 38 an yea my probation officer was mean from the f start then are some nice officers out there y’all but she chose the right one lol she was mad but I was smiling the own time

It all depends on the court conditions…you might have to petition the court for permission travel or speak with your supervising officer… I know I had a few clients that left the state and even the country and we just needed to know where they were going and when they were coming back… I hope that helps
