Thanks for the video. Where can we find his supplements?

He says you cannot utilize a glutathione supplement because the cells do not recognize it as our own but then says you must optimize your glutathione, yet does not give advice on exactly how to do that. Perhaps because he wants people to buy his supplement but most of us are just looking for some insights and not a sales pitch. I have been following the research of glyNAC and that appears to have a lot of good results, being two of the amino acids needed to create glutathione in the body. I notice a great N of 1 improvement in my own wellness, strength and energy levels using this combination. However, there are research papers that claim cysteine causes aging and mitochondrial dysfunction. So how is it that an amino acid that helps us produce glutathione, our master anti-oxidant and anti aging in some studies is also bad for us and causes aging and mitochondrial damage? Is this a case of the dose makes the poison or make sure all the GSH precursors are present in optimal amounts? The GlyNAC studies used 6grams of each (NAC and glycine), I believe. That seems like a pretty high dose. They showed marked improvements in health and no toxicity. As always, certainly more studies are needed. However, I am curious what your thoughts are on these seemingly contradictory findings.
