You certainly can get a GOOD workout. :) There are multiple intensity levels for each style of exercise. So there's plenty of challenge.

I go running 2 o 3 times at week, sonmetimes i play soccer, but just whit the fitness test and the first rutine a get really tired, in particular mi legs, to the nex mornig, my legs was burnig like the hell, so in few words yes, if you do it well, you wanna feel that delicius pain. sorry bad english :D

@84reaper I think they intend you to keep going with the sessions and if you don't do it that way (come back to it another day) it starts you out on the same session. Not sure.
