And honestly what works for us in this season of life may not work in the next and that’s okay. Putting ourselves in a box will only make us miserable in the long run. These different “aesthetic lifestyle” trends looks so visually appealing, but they require you to become so rigid to your life looking that specific way, and there is no room for branching out. And peoples anxiety increases as they focus more and more on adhering to the trend, that they aren’t consciously considering whether the lifestyle is benefiting them. Live life intuitively. “Does this make me feel good?” Is a great question to start with. “Am I doing this for me, or to feel part of something?” Is another question worth asking.
