See, my mission is to help people get strong, look good, and move well in ways that make their bodies feel amazing. Especially if they’ve been burned by high intensity fitness or lots of wear and tear in the past.
So I’m always thoughtful about which movements help you do that. But some people say the Turkish Get Up is too slow, they don’t like it, or it’s boring or doesn’t feel good.

Thanks for the tutorial. I see where I was going wrong in the past: trying to combine position 3 & 4 into one (unstable) movement. Definitely a worthwhile exercise: please keep programming it!

Thank you. Very good video. I like TGU but allways struggle a bit with the start and finish position. Now i know why. Are you still doing murph these days or you done with workouts like this since FBB is your focus? Would be really nice to get a video with your thoughts regarding doing it or not doing it and preparation. Best regards from austria
