I like this because it reminds us that we actually need to *consciously* parent ourselves & stop letting our subconscious control us (compulsions/ autopilot). It's something that Western Medicine & Psychology has forgotten: WE have the *Power to Create our own Reality* (the Law of Attraction and Vibration/ Laws of Physics states that what we focus on multiplies, so if we focus on the problem e.g. ill health, either physical or mental, then it will multiply & get worse...and the only way to break that pattern is by *switching focus* ie *parent ourselves,* so instead of focussing on the problem we focus on the solution, instead of focussing on ill health/ ailments focus on health/ wellness, instead of focussing on the fear we focus on the love, instead of dis-trusting/ worrying we focus on trusting/ faith that no matter what happens in life that we will cope with it). This is _taking back_ the Power that we so easily gave away without our knowledge when we _thought_ that we needed someone else to "fix" us; we don't, we only need to _switch focus._ Thank you & amen, much love & many blessings to everyone 💖🙏

The use of subconscious tools is genius. Who better to heal the soul than your own built in therapist. We do the opposite all the time by creating a negative narrative. It’s so much more than positive thinking it’s confronting what you want to change in your life.

Subconscious mind is such a great thing! I am so thankful that i know how to use it. For now, I am using one instrument that helps to identify all subconscious limitations and transform them. I love it, as when you change your limitations and transform them your reality changes ( health, relationship, money and life mission). As for self esteem and fear there are separate tools. For example, self-esteem, you have to finish the sentence (I am great, if... / I am cool, if...) you take these limitations and transform them. That's it. If you are interested, I can tell you more

Consider your sub conscious thoughts has only thoughts. Which doesn't have power on your actions. Do encourage your subconscious thoughts has real thoughts. It's imaginary, it is never actual. Keep bringing your conscious thoughts against your sub conscious.. ask yourself have you're sub conscious mind thoughts been real, it is always about assumptions unreal world your scared. In reality nothing would been real. All your subconscious thoughts are fake and unreal. Do not respond to it, suppress it by conscious effort. And Jesus is way of life eod

I just get that 2 years ago I quit me job, took a break, lol a year later I was feeling very alone, out dated, getting too old 52..., away from work mates etc.., too much time talking to me self etc.. can get ya down, can get ya anguish... but that’s a good time for me to remember that I’m still a perfect good human😂👍🤪 Ever notice that quite often the more interesting n intelligent people are, the more they struggle with the world including their own minds.. Stephen Fry..., beautiful intelligent, sensitive n funny..... struggles a lot he says.... Yet others who are thick as a stick ..... deliriously happy ever damm day, never had a bad one😂 Best thing I ever did was attend a self compassion course and practice it... was really great
