Hi Markus, thanks again for all you’re doing. It’s been great picking up tips from your videos. I’ve a question regarding running a Q&A session for a hybrid meeting. Do you have any best practices to allow both online and offline participants to ask questions smoothly?

One technique that I like is to ask participants to raise their hand to ask a question. That's an action they can do visibly both on camera and in the room.

Hi Markus. Thanks so much for your videos. I am hosting a performing arts conference in October and this information has been very helpful. One question for you. What is the wireless speaker for the in-person attendees connected to?

I usually connect it with Bluetooth to my laptop. However, one time when I ran out of battery during the meeting, I connected it to the phone that was also running the meeting. Worked like a charm.
