After years of detailing I have tried many brands of quick detail spray on my daily car and show car. I would like to share my experiences of which quick detailer works best for different jobs in my TOP 5 Quick Detail Spray video.
The quick detailers included are from Garage Therapy, Britemax, Sonax, Infinity Wax and Bilt Hamber and they are ranked in the order I use them.
Quick detailers cover a wide variety of tasks on your car detailing and auto detailing jobs - paintwork, glass and some plastics - and hopefully this video takes out some of the confusion and mystery in the choice you face as to which quick detailer is right for you.
I have also included my thoughts on the best show car detailer for use at the shows to remove fingerprints and add some bling before the judging commences! Glossiest QD? The answer is here.

Thanks - that's really appreciated. Yes, Sigma is a great product and I use it extensively on my Defender. It will be part of the Audi detail series I've got in the planning too. To my eyes, it is very much a spray sealant and gloss enhancer rather than a QD but it blows me away whenever I use it. Thanks again...and enjoy the Infinity Wax!

Loved the video, love the rapid detailer....my go to product is Bouncer's done and dusted, the original one...so easy to use and gloss levels are amazing.. if you've never tried it before I would highly recommend trying it

Good to see someone using a Silver car to show products on . Im using GT 2 Sigma on my Mitsubishi and its just the best product Ive used . Going to get the Sonax as a drying aid I think though as for the money its cheap enough to use just for that job

Thanks. Sigma is a great product isn't it? I'm going to be doing a full spring detail on the daily driver as soon as the weather turns and it will be a full GT treatment and maintenance across the year. Impressed with the whole range so far. As for silver cars, I know they can be tricky to get right but when you do...spot on. Thanks for watching.

@@thegolfdiaries1123 I have that in mind on the Vauxhall the wife owns . Its just a daily driver so gets covered in tar etc a lot being white . Lad wants to learn more detailing so he can do it on his 208 Peugeot Sport and on that , being its burnt orange , the look is just out of this world . Pops like hell

The car content on the channel should pick up once the weather gets better as a lot of the things I need to do to them means getting them out of the garage! But for now, hopefully lots of detailing content and the garage makeover will continue. Good review. My quick detailing armoury is the Garage Therapy 2 QD and the Sigma. All the detailing sprays you'll ever need.

@@thegolfdiaries1123 I was on a forum recently, can't remember which one, and someone opined that a car that was washed correctly once a fortnight and finished with a QD with some protection would be in better condition than 99% of the cars on the road. Probably right judging by the cars in my road!

@@peterowen4456 Very fair point. In theory you could simply not bother with LSP and just QD at each wash...if you were so inclined. My work van for example, gets the Sonax BSD treatment after a wash once every 2 months and that's it...not sure I could do that on my cars though. I just find QDs to be a joy to use and they have so many uses too.

Infinity wax Rapid Detailer is awesome, been using it a while now. Recently tried their IW Graphene QDX and I'm a convert Amazing stuff slick, glossy and great longevity.

Great content... I do like the Bilt Hamber products, also worth trying Project 64 from Autobrite Direct, gives Good results and easy to buff off. P.S. please look to sorting your Audio out 😎👍

Can't quite justify the price of a wireless mic yet and the wired one I have has a very short lead...and no one wants a close up of my face when talking haha. I've my cars protected with Gtechniq C2, I dilute it 1:20 and use it as a quick detailer every couple of washes. Use Gyeon quick detailer at any shows,meets etc

You won't find many that disagree with GT2. Although I do like Infinitywax QD I think once you try P&S Paint Gloss Spray & Shine then I think that would be the other one to go to the Shows with you👍

I've never tried it. Good? The only Soft99 product I've used is Fusso Coat - love its protection and water properties but wasn't so keen on the looks...so only use it in winter.

Also Lee...I think you asked about Bilt Hamber rustproofing products on Facebook? I haven't had the chance to do the video yet...it's one of the next ones planned. However to answer your question which from memory was about underbody sealing...their Dynax UB is what you want (or UC if you want it clear such as for the wheelarches etc). I'd also suggest S50 for the cavities but UB will do that too - it just won't creep into the joins etc quite as well. I swear by this stuff on the chassis of my Defender...way better than Waxoyl and Dinitrol IMO. As I say, full video coming but they're dead easy to use. Hope that helps in the mean time.
