Good update 👍 Now that i have driven the he Ranger and Colorado, im going with the Ranger. I love my Maverick and the move up to the Ranger felt more natural to me and it drove better in my opinion. Cheers

Wow! Someone must have touched a nerve with you! But I hear where you’re coming from. No difference when it comes to sports teams. I think it’s the way of the world….sadly. It’s become a “ I’m right and you’re wrong world”. Anyway have a great weekend KEVIN! Sorry, I’m a fan of the movie and can’t say KEVIN without yelling it.😂

Not having 4 auto is a deal breaker for a vehicle for me as well. The top trims of the new Tacoma and the Ranger Raptor get it, but the Colorado is really the only one that has it across all of its trims. That said, I've had my ZR2 for a month now. Mine unfortunately has come with a broke camera module. I've been waiting awhile for it to be replaced. What I've been most disappointed is how long it takes to get anything fixed. GM's parts replacements is ridiculous at the moment. One of the things I thought was a perk of GM was how they are everywhere and how parts should be pretty easy to get. It's not.

Bummer on the camera issue. I didn’t realize the Tacoma had it as an option on the top trims. I knew about Ford, because I had a Lariat with the 4A. Unfortunately for the Tacoma the top trims are pushing 60K, and for that money I’d rather go full size or get a Colorado ZR2 Bison. Thanks for the comment.

@@KevinExclamationPoint the normal ZR2 is a great deal for what you get, but if I were to throw down for the bison package I probably would prefer the new Tacoma Trail hunter. That thing comes with all of the skip plates and metal bumpers and I like the other goodies it comes with as well.

@@kabloosh699 that truck is absolutely stunning. I love the stock wheels on the trailhunter.

I've been equally annoyed with the people who constantly write off the new trucks because of the powertrain. You see it in every comparison video when there's a frontier involved. "that chevy wont be running in 3 years so I'm gonna go with the v6 frontier". Such an old headed way of looking at things.

Exactly! The same people talk about things not being the way they used to be. Well, we also didn’t used to all carry around phones that are mini computers! Embrace the now.

I disagree with the Toyota reliability, have heard many complaints from Toyota truck buyers. My 1990 Ford Ranger had 300k reliable miles when I sold it. Only replaced water pump, spark plugs and brakes. The truck Is still going. I’ve owned many Chevys, Dodges and Fords with trouble free miles. If you take care of any brand truck it will take care of you!

Thanks for sharing Dave! I agree on taking good care of vehicles, that’s certainly very important. I’ve only ever owned a Toyota Corolla, so truly don’t know much about Toyota’s reliability from an ownership standpoint.
