My 23 trail boss gets about 2-3mpg better I’ve noticed with middle grade at the pump I’m averaging about 21-23mpg

Switched from a frontier crew cab long box to a titan crew short box. Titan is 3in longer but turns waaaay better than the smaller truck. Also gets much better mpg.

@@KevinExclamationPoint Typical car washes using “soft touch” polishers or brushes put micro scratches in the clear coat. That’s the swirl marks (spiderwebs) you see on so many cars with the right sun angle. I always do hand washing using a soft microfiber cloth. The touch-less washes I’ve tried still left a film on which I could see if I rubbed a finger on it afterword. YMMV.

I went to pick up a new Colorado today and the dealer said someone just came in to test drive it and found a brake problem - after about 6 hours they said it needs a brake booster modual and it would take about 3-4 days to fix - this is a brand new 0 miles Colorado. Went across the street to look at a 2022 Tacoma...

Don't know why it doesn't have it. I believe my 2018 Canyon Denali had it. What I use now is the electronic brake. Once you step on the accelerator it automatically turns off. That's as close as we get to auto stop on my 2024 Canyon AT4X.

i HAVE THIS ISSUE when i start up my AT4 GMC canyon with the wifi and most of the systems requiring internet to run. so i cant run google maps or spotify sometimes right away, other times no issues its so weird. and then my biggest gripe is when i use the turn signal, after i make the intended turn, the signal starts blinking the opposite direction for a 2 sec its annoying. but ive got 14k miles on it and no issues. just minor quirks i mentioned

I still can’t drive. I haven’t had the energy to make a video or post but hopefully I’ll get back to it soon enough. Recovery is going slow but with time I hope to get there.

@@michaeljordan6090 if you see some of my future videos I ended up having to sell the F150 due to ongoing issues. I’m now in a 23 Colorado ZR2. I might eventually get back into an F150, because I like it better than the Colorado, but it’d have to be a Lariat, and the price may be too high for me. I’d say check the carfax on the 22 Lariat to see how many times it was serviced.

I just got my car a couple of days ago and I was so disappointed that it doesn’t have the auto hold. If i knew, i would not have bought it. A $17k kia has this feature, and there is no excuse for chevrolet not to have that on a +$50k truck.

I have both. On the Colorado, I love the fact that it fits in the garage especially nowadays when people are stealing catalytic converters. On my RAM though. I love the fact that you don't have to scoot the front seat up when you put in the car seat. But majority of the time the family is in the Colorado 😂 🤦🏿♂️

Let me tell you something, the gas 93 octane sits in the tank in the ground do long it goes bad. Just us 87 fuel. It moves faster.

I purchased the zr2 bison. My wireless charger doesn’t work either. I took it to the dealer and it is a know issue but they have no fix for it yet. I purchased off of Amazon a replacement tray for the center console that has an eye glass slot and a change tray as well as a spot for my wallet and other stuff. Was pretty cheap.

Great video. I had the same results on my 2024 powerboost. Towing 6000 boat. Tank 1, 87 octane, 11.1 mpg. Tank 2, 93 octane, 10.9mpg. So I actually got slighltly better gas mileage with the 87. In my Exploder ST I DO notice slightly better throttle response and more power in the 5000 RPM range on 93 octane. I do NOT notice that same difference in the powerboost. In conclusion, I agree, save money buy good detergent 87 octane gas.

My first tank was 9mpg average. Was horrible. 2nd was 11 mpg. On my third and highway I got 19 mph at 25 mile setting at 80 mph. What I’m trying to figure out is , is it supposed to run on 91 octane? My v6 2022 zR2 didn’t get good MPG for the first 1500 miles . After that it ran awesome. Just my info. Hate the new mpg tracking on the new model. Never matches the console vs screen. 🤷♂️

So far I’ve averaged just over 18 MPG, hand calculated. Some tanks I’ve gotten closer to 20 in the warmer months. Anything over the advertised 16 MPG is a win in my books. I only use 87 octane as that’s what the engineers designed the engine to run on. Thanks for the comment!

2023 Powerboost here living in SWFL, I do pull a trailer let's say 85% of the time for lawn service and it trailer weights about 3500 lbs. with equipment, and the average is about 11.5 to 13 MPG in the Tow/Haul Mode where the engine is running almost all the time. But when not towing in the city truck averages up to 28 MPG on ECO or Normal Mode driving up to 60 MPH. Highway driving averages 21 MPG at the speed of 70 - 80 MPH I always have used 93 Octane since day one and it now has 6K miles

You’ll be fine. I had this happen to my Silverado one time. I accidentally left the front windows down and it poured overnight. Seats, floors, doors were saturated and it was fine. Never had a related issue.

One good add-on accessory I got was the hood struts. Took 15 minutes to install, no drilling needed. Much better & quicker when open the hood now. Amazon has at least 2 different types. I bought the Techpicco brand, much cheaper than the Redline brand. So far the quality is good, no issues.

I’m at 4K miles … zero complaints. As a very nit-picky detail … my preferred gauge selection keeps going back to default. It’s a minor thing, but that’s all that I can manage as a negative. Plenty of power with heavy aftermarket 35” mudders (at 70 lbs. each).

I found someone on Etsy that was 3d printing a sunglasses holder for 23 and newer Colorado . It fits on top of dash behind touch screen. Works great doesn't rattle . I'm just under 3000 on my zr2 so far everything's great ,love it.

Does it do it only in Terrain mode? If so mine does that too on hills. I was talking just during everyday driving at stop lights and such.
