"Your Twin Flame Is You" - Why you feel them as separate and how to change that

As a male and as the "spiritual" or "feminine" twin in this journey i resonate with you. There is a lot of bad information out there and its easy to spot who is really on this journey. There is a certain level of spiritual development that already needs to be present. I had a kundalni awakening in 2020 and met my TF in 2023 (she was my neighbor). I connected deeply with what you said about feeling your twin in your heart and the fullness that comes with it when you embrace them as not separate. For all those struggling. Union is part of the journey. But inner union must come first and you must feel and clear your chakra channels. This happens automatically with the kundalini and with the triggering. Once you have cleared enough merky energy the magnetization is natural. This is all happening for you. Have faith. Stop resenting. Start loving.

This honestly has to be probably one of the best, most motivating, most knowledgeable, most helpful. videos i've watched on simultaneous incarnations of same soul (i dont like using the term ' twin flame') i met mine almost 14 months ago weve been through a few separations in 3D i got through a painful ego death and progressed into awakening which was amazing...is amazing i finakly felt inner peace.... he came back after 4 months of no contact he seemed braver, more open( hes been a very closed off and emotionally guarded person so far)...this was for about 5 weeks.. sporadically..now its been 3 weeks of silence im feeling like ive gone backwards.. thinking too much separation illusion..fighting with this darn ego. Wow. Well said. I believe I was sent this video as a message from the divine to clear up the confusion I’ve had with my journey. I’m a 26 yo male DF twin. Met my twin 7 years ago and have been in seperation ever since. Coming to inner union this year. Went through an extremely intense DNOTS which I almost didn’t make it out of. My twin has gone through her DNOTS and it’s been very hard on her aswell. She’s not as receptive to the TF journey but knows that there is a deeply connective bond between the two of us. It’s been difficult and a blow to my male ego (or what’s left of it) funnily enough trying to accept the fact that I am a DF in a male body. There’s of course always a fear in a man’s eyes that he will be seen as weak or feminine but after you speaking your truth I can see that is not always the case. My experience with the TF community is that physical union isn't just expected, but if you don't or can't, then it's because you've "failed" to integrate both aspects. I had a catalyst who awakened me. Yes. The experience was something out of this world. Both the most most immense love ever felt and the most pain ever felt.. I laughed when watching this video, a sort of laugh of relief and gratitude. I will share this and it might help anyone who is in pain. When I started on this particular segment of my spiritual journey I would be gripped by fear and panic when any content alluded to the possibility that I would not be reunited in the physical with my twin/counterpart. Or that there were no guarantees that she would return. It was pure terror. I simply could not consider the idea that I'd never hold her again. When I dealt with my core wounds, abandonment, mother and father wounds, all that fear left. Today the idea that she might never come back(I haven't seen or heard from or off for 14 months) does not concern or upset me. Would I like her back in my life? Absolutely. However and it is a big however, that feeling, that thought is one based on old information. It is based on feelings formed in the 3D during the infamous love bubble phase. Are they still relevant? As I say I share this to give hope to anyone suffering and in the darkness. The pain can be left behind and a normal but hugely changed life is possible. I wish you all well

Also, you're saying "a fantasy of another person being with us 24/7 in our energetic field", which means you are still seeing this through mind - seeing the "other" as separate. The TF concept when misconstrued can indeed become a vehicle of avoidance, also a way of attaching to a mind-based expectation and outcome, which yes, is never healthy. I'm not saying that however, I'm saying the exact opposite; move deeper into who you truly are and you the mind-based attachments and ideas will fall away naturally. Happy to have you here.

This is a brilliant explanation and confirmation of how to approach this tf journey. Years before I met my tf, somehow I was preparing for it, and one was that in a deep meditative trance (which I seem to naturally be able to do) I was shown that toroidal energy and specifically, it showed how dark energy patches were being released out of the heart, onto the reality that it spread out to create but over a period of time the reality and energy field became brighter and brighter until it was a pure golden colour thus birthing the golden age. The colour was very unworldly and I read it as multi dimensional. So this process enables us to more and more rest in the seat of our own beingness.

That's alright; give yourself grace. It is an ongoing process that your soul will not let you miss or mess up. There are more and more layers of yourself that will surface the more your consciousness expands. Why? The more light enters your body, the more darkness has to surface to be addressed so it can finally leave your field. When you are "back in mind", simply feel what is under the thoughts you are thinking. Is it fear? Is it grief? Is it desire? Feel into the underlying emotion and spend time loving that part of you that still feels this way. It is coming up for one reason only; to receive your unconditional love. 100%! Being connected to my soul body energy and heart space is the most blissful place to be. Sometimes I prefer it more than actually interacting with him (We are physically apart, but in communication) or even life in general for that matter because it’s so potent! I feel so much bliss if I choose to go there. I’ve even had times where time has moved slowly and seen gold in everything around me, feeling such profound love and bliss. To say I feel you, doesn't even begin to describe what I felt reading your message. That sentence, "I can not only have a relationship with my other soul, but can't have relationships with other people" was my reality for so long, I felt completely cursed and doomed. I would watch other people move in and out of relationships (that I knew I didn't truly want, because they didn't make sense anymore) all the while wondering why I was abandoned by life and my counterpart. Then I moved deeper and deeper into myself and realised, I wasn't forgotten, I was being spared; spared from interactions that no longer served my unique path. If you take all the enabling narcissistic abuse out from the twin flame mythology... or even if you leave it in... I always felt it wasn't about them, it was about what they trigger in us. Also, the idea that I'm not whole and complete doesn't sit right with me. I spend a lot of time balancing all my energies, including masculine and feminine (11:11am as I look at the clock 😂) but don't identify as gender neutral. Question!! Our soul splits it's essence into 2 bodies when we incarnate ... what happens after death in the 5th dimension? In order to answer this, I'll need to clear up the misconception that you ever leave the 5th dimension in order to incarnate. You're always there, you're there now. You're simply having a "dream" that you are not. The question you're asking is born of mind and is therefore predicated on separation consciousness, but I'll attempt to answer regardless. Yes, when you pass from the physical world and "wake up" so to speak, you are only ever the one complete soul entity. The same soul entity that you are now, you are only experiencing an illusion that you are two separate physical bodies. Your mind feels sadness at the notion that you won't have this other "person" with you to chat with and hang out with, the reality is the communication within your soul is already so complete and perfect, this desire for external companionship becomes completely irrelevant. Your twin passing and you communicating with him is really you communicating with your soul, a specific "chord" of your soul, but your soul nonetheless which is why your guides refer to him as being YOU. Attributes like personality, phenotypes and genotypes are all relevant to the 3D world, not the 5D. To your mind, this sounds very dull and boring, but it is unable to conceive of what higher dimensional consciousness even is. It merely has a hollow understanding of it. I hope this helps a little. You're welcome, thank you for listening and for your question. Yes, from the perspective of All That Is, we are all one. That doesn't mean that we share All-That-Is's universal all-encompassing perspective while having a human or even soul experience. There are multitudes of dimensions and harmonics above where we currently play, for example, the oversoul; a collection of let's say a few hundred individual souls (with their resultant incarnations). Now just because we are individual souls stemming from a much larger oversoul, doesn't necessarily mean we can experience life from the oversoul's perspective. In that way, even if from a higher perspective, we are everyone else in this reality, doesn't mean we can experience that readily at will. It has to be this way, otherwise a cohesive and tailored learning experience (which is partly dependent on interpersonal interactions) wouldn't be possible. You would be walking around fully feeling everyone as part of you which would render many lessons void, or null. How would you deal with the lesson of heartbreak or betrayal if you knew and fully experienced yourself as both parties? The last sentence you mentioned, "individual souls distinct from other people on the planet", please understand this: Everyone empirically exists as an individual soul (apart from your twin) within the collective. However, in your own individual 3D experience, you are only ever interacting of versions of those individuals that are being filtered by your soul's consciousness into your bespoke life experience. From that perspective, you could also see everyone around you as merely an extension of your consciousness too. Here's an example; you are interacting with "me" ostensibly through this message seemingly asking "me" a question, but what is actually happening, is your higher self is using a part of your consciousness masquerading as this other person, "me", to get a message through to you at a time that you need to hear it. No short way to answer this, hope it clarified things somewhat. ❤

I'm glad you are pulling your energy and focus back inward. I'm going to try to explain this statement further to you, because I want you to feel it, not just know it. To your soul; your eternal, undying, physical-reality transcending soul, there is only the present moment. Time does not exist to the soul. Time is a symptom of thought and thought is the realm of the mind. Whenever you are attempting to think into this statement "the deep intimacy is here right now", you will see the word "intimacy" like a label; an empty signpost pointing towards a feeling, but not the experience of the feeling itself. The mind will then look back at you and say "I don't get it, there's nothing here". This is what leads to immense frustration, as the mind struggles to understand a state of being that can ONLY be perceived within the present moment, when it, by sheer virtue of its design, is only able exist within the realms of thought and time. So you see, you can only ever truly feel this deep and neutral intimacy with yourself, the same deep and neutral intimacy you would feel with your counterpart, when you are predominantly in soul, in a state of presence i.e., not in mind. This is why I teach moving into the body, allowing the body to be a safe place for consciousness to reside. Awareness can then move down from the head area where the mind thrives and the compulsive action of incessant thinking, into the depths of the body where one's breath and individual energy field can be sensed. The more you place your attention there, the more that awareness expands; the feeling of peace as a result increases. You feel love and realize that it is your true nature, you can't actually be separate from it. Eventually you find yourself wanting for nothing more than to remain in this complete present moment. It's so deeply intimate, because you are feeling your own soul and there is nothing more intimate than that. This is why the "twin flame" is so revered by the mind. It felt this same soul frequency, this completeness, this something that it simply cannot understand, so it places the cause of this wonderful complete feeling on an external counterpart that it then attempts with all it's might to reacquire, this is the basis of fear-based addictive energy and what you're here to transmute through the frequency of love. ❤

@TheVoidCompassoh I had no idea you would respond, thanks yeah I understand, it’s just that I have encountered some people who were performing magic in my life while travelling which I do quite a lot, and now have severe issues overcoming weird “unexplainable” by modern science disturbing physical symptoms (I tried) and just a post-factum eerie feeling of supernatural negative intentionality and controlling/ sent cemetery magic (yes I had the stupidity of talking to someone whos close person was a literal magician and this happened) is kind of severely unnerving and daunting / disgrounding; but it’s mostly the physical feelings. Tbh I didn’t even mean to include any of this here as I consider these stories deeply personal and would rather talk about it to a shaman on-site (like I did in Bali), to try and instrumentally do something about it/ alleviate it, but since you responded so elaborately I can’t help but feel that it would be fair to fully explain and respond.

A good video. Thank you. I think there is a difficulty with language in this whole arena of soul. Journeying as, to, realising etc. In my experience I'm not sure that it is possible to have a 'knowing' about anything. The danger being as Amoda Maa describes it, the "tight fist of knowing". A state that precludes anything new being introduced. There is also of course the fact that so many firmly believe that they are in a twin flame process/ journey when in fact they have simply been triggered into a spiritual awakening by this person. This could have happened many other ways. Many commentators with no shall we say vested interest in the twin flame phenomenon such as Gabi Kovalenko will point to the almost like for like similarities berween a catalyst and twin flame. In fact the irony is that we will only actually 'know' that such a person is containing a fragment of our soul when physical reunion happens or we become what is euphemistically called 'balanced'. Or as has been said "when they rise up to match our frequency" in the 3D. Again language! In other words when we balance if they come back they are , if they don't they're not. Either way the real purpose of the gift, the journey has been fulfilled. For me personally it has been a two phase journey. Healing all my core wounds, abandonment, mother and father wounds removed the pain. Secondly, a firm and total belief as best I can, in a higher power, God, Soul etc means I can turn the odd missing/yearning over to that Source allied with the knowledge that it is just a feeling following a thought. Whether we are the one soul etc is actually irrelevant for me and distracts from the spiritual journey .The reason being that if I am doing as countless spiritual practices advocate i.e. turning my will and life over to a higher power completely and totally, trusting😢 that God, Soul etc is orchestrating every single aspect of my being, then what is happening with anything including a fragment or aspect of my soul or any body who may or may not have this fragment is actually none of my business. All the mystics down through the ages such as St Therese of Avila have talked of having a relationship with God, of loving God, nuns would wear a ring indicating that they were 'married' to God, that relationship being our primary relationship and if that becomes so then all other relationships will fall into place. Obviously when I use the term 'God' this can be replaced with whatever term such as soul that pleases. Once we don't think we are soul😊. Marishikaa the Indian mystic has been asked a number of times in her satsangs about twin flames and she puts it very simply. She says it is to force people into self realization, forcing us to go inwards time and time again in surrender. Her guidance is to leave them(the counterpart) alone and go into quiet surrender to our soul.
