Vikurfjara is a Sand/Ice hybrid who was meant to become ruler of the Ice-Sand Kingdom after the two united 30 years after the events of Jade Mountain Academy. The rule was that dragons in power needed to rotate between being within the colder (primarily icewing) parts of the kindgom, and within the warmer (now mixed with all kinds of tribes), and since Vikurfjara had grown older, the aim was for her to take over the warmer parts of the kingdom as there was little to no conflict occurring there, though things couldn't be said otherwise for the north, leaving the king and queen to stay there for an extended amount of time to settle out riots and disputes. She tried securing herself into this lifestyle, however, before long, the task made it more and more difficult for her to make time for what she really wanted to do: write her stories. Besides, there was a particular dragon that she was no longer able to make time for - leaving her to yearn due to missed opportunities most days. This particular dragon lived within the more prosperous parts of the Ice-Sand kingdom and was a healer in training (mostly specializes in healing pet animals, but does assist dragons if they need help). This was actually how the two met years ago and became best friends - back when times were better and different - as both Vikurfjara and her pet wolf had gotten pretty battered (leaving her with a tail scar) in an accident that she refuses to speak about, and her friend's mentor decided that this was the perfect opportunity for her to work on bandaging. Her name was Flicker, and she'd helped Vikurfjara through many hardships since then, the two of them bonding over storywriting. Flicker helped her get comfortable with her scar, as she, herself, had a pretty large wing scar from getting caught in an attack back in the sky kingdom. Over time, the two had grown close and were now dating, putting a relatively large strain on their relationship after Vikurfjara was forced into new responsibilities. Though, after a while, Vikurfjara ultimately turned the opportunity down, passing it over to her younger sister before finally going off to be a writer; travelling the world with Flicker and her pet snake, and they'd also brought her pet wolf along. They've been relatively nomadic and content for six years now, and neither of them are very fond of dragonets, so chances are relatively low that they'd ever decide to have any, but they are thinking about getting more pets. I would have gone more in depth with this (actual speech and thoughts of the characters) but I'm bombarded with things to do at school at the moment, so a backstory will just have to do. Hope you all enjoy it nonetheless

Phoenix is the Sky/Ice hybrid. And the child of Prince Avalanche (♂️) & and Guard Pigeon (♀️). Her colors are striped icey blue, and fire red. She has firescales on on her hands. She also has the ability to doa freezing fire breath, meaning her frost breath looks like fire, but it is ice that is worst than a normal Icewings frostbreath. She is Skywing dominant, with sharper and deer like horns and pointer back spines. Her parents hid her in a cavern to hid her from dragons across the continents She is about 14 in dragon years and so far an amazing cook for her family. She has two pet hognose's her mother got for her when she went to a Sandwing market, her hognoses names being Hissy Fit & Mr. Slithers (A bonded pair). Her scars include a missing wing and a lava burn. The wing she got from a cooking accident, and the lava from a Nightwing classmate whom was using it for an experiment at a science fair that went wrong. He accidentally poured to much burning the left side of her face. She met her mate, Ghost (⚧️), an albino Sand/Rain hybrid on a quest for the raindow stones (very powerful crystals then when combined give the user abilities of every tribe, which she and Ghost found and now keep hidden within the cavern). They have five dragonets together (Which they both have a passon for snakes, and so named their childern after different types || Their also in birth order :3); Boa (♀️), Python (♂️), Rattler (♂️), Garter (♂️), & Cobra (♀️)

Alr here's some details before I give the story of Bynx: Ice/sea wing hybrid. Status/rank: Healer. Pet : Lion. scars: Wingscar. Now on to the story! : Bynx Was a Clever and sweet dragon, she was very very quiet and rarely talked to anyone. She was a healer for Queen (insert awesome name) the current queen of her time. She was usually very busy, There were lots of wars at the time. Then one day her life changed. The Rival, A red sky wing with orange and pale red freckled along his wings and claws snuck into the healers tent. ' Holy blazes ' He hissed, almost falling over at the sight of Bynx. ' Wha-What are you doing here? ' Bynx said firmly, though fear sparkled in her eyes- 10 likes for pt 2!!

Doing pt 2. Today because I'm bored and have nothing else to do ;): ' Oh Wow! An icewing that's scared of me? That's rare ' The rival skywing chuckled and smiled, Showing glinting white dagger like teeth. ' I-I'm not scared of you! ' Bynx Protested, trying to look hostile. ' Mhm! ' The skywing looked at a bowl of meat in the corner near him ' Don't mind if I do, ' He said greedily, grabbing about 3 Good-sized Chunks of meat. ' Hey! You can't take that it's for the wounded ' Bynx mustered a growl, Standing up. ' And who's going to stop me? ' He laughed, amusement flickering in his smug face. ' I'd like to see you try. ' Bynx hissed, she had enough of his Intaganizing words. She leapt at him from across the room, slamming him into the ground. He reacted quickly and flung her off. ' Woah! Didn't expect that from you! ' Bl00d was running down his face from a cut above his eye. Suddenly, two guards pushed through the tent and stared at Bynx, and then the intruder. ' What's going on here? ' The first guard snarled, ' N-nothing- ' Bynx was then cut off by the skywing ' She was trying to stop me from sneaking in! And she failed miserably ' He laughed. The guards leapt at the skywing and put chains around his claws and neck. ' Oh the names Koi! ' He yelled back at Bynx while being shoved out of the tent. ' Incase you were wondering! ' Bynx heard faintly as Koi was being taken farther away. Bynx scowled at the ground. ' That Camel-snot-blob! ' She hissed, too tired to think of a good insult. She continued to spend the next few weeks, taking care of dragons, Helping dragons etc. Once on a rather hot day she was told to visit the prisons on her break to feed the prisoners. Koi waved at her cheerfully as she passed his cell. (What's is WRONG with him? ) Bynx wondered while scowling at him. She decided to feed koi last. As Bynx was unlocking his cell, he dashed towards her, knocked her into the wall and ran out, locking her in his cell. ' Thanks for helping me escape! ' He called from down the hallway. ' THAT CLOWNFISH!! ' Bynx hissed, so fed up with Koi. Bynx had spent the rest of the night in the cell, rather tired, as she had begun to fall asleep her cell unlocked and koi was standing in the way of the cell, Smiling at her. ' What are YOU Doing here? ' Bynx scowled at him from across the cell. ' Helping you escape of course! ' Koi said softly, ' Your the last person I'd want to help me escape. ' Bynx growled. ' Fine then. I'll leave you her to rot ' He Started to slowly shut the cage. ' Alright alright fine! ' Bynx Rolled her eyes and walked out of the cage. Pt. 3 later because my fingers hurt ;)

She has a pet lion named Leo after the zodiac sign, which was hers and her favorite. She lost her right arm due to a snake fight in a valley, she recalls it was their home and she didn't realize she was invading, and they all except one attacked her. Her lion helps her walk today and watches over her two dragonets. (Yeah! .... - that's what I got! :3)🎉😮

Vapor is a female rainwing/icewing hybrid. She is a merchant and loves to travel around the ice kingdom with her pet polar bear and her mate, an icewing named Flurry. He saved her from a pod of orcas when she fell in the ocean during a storm. Her tail was injured, and would never fully heal, but she is grateful for the incident because it led her to Flurry. The two of them have one lovely little dragonet named Twinkle, who causes every kind of trouble, but they love her to pieces anyway. I might write out a story later idk XD

Meet Sunrise, a Skywing-nightwing hybrid! She has wings that fade from sunset orange to black-ish purple with black-purple spots on them like clouds. She is a dark purple skywing with specks of yellow and orange on her. She is known for being a cook for the Skywing queen, and while out hunting for food for the kitchen, she came across an eagle. She had it pinned when she leaped, but she felt bad for it and let it go. She wasn’t the best hunter, but she came across the same eagle. She watched how it hunted and it seemed to teach her. She fed it, and she considered not really a pet, but a friend. She named it bramble. When she was a dragonet, five years old, she had a field trip to the blacksmith in the Skywing palace. Some bullies got her separated from the group (She was bullied for being a hybrid), and they splashed some lava on one of her wings. Since then, she now has specks on one wing that are missing and holes. A few days later, when her wing was still healing, she was on a cliff looking at a bird on a tree, when one of the bullies pushed her off and flew away. She was hanging on the cliff for life, afraid to fly even though it wasn’t that much damage. Another Skywing luckily saw her and helped her up. His name is Firebird. They got to know each other and and saw each other more. They eventually became mates and had eight dragonets. Their first clutch was four, the other being four as well.

Disclaimer: I haven’t read that far into the series yet, so PLEASE forgive me if I have stuff incorrect 😭 Beetlethorn was born as a Hive/Sea hybrid, and was instantly hated on from the start. She meant to become some sort of experiment for the Hivewing and Seawing Queens, but she ran away after being experimented for about 8 years. She helped many other dragons to escape from the corrupt place, and was well known as being a traitor. She would be wanted in so many places, she would have to go into hiding. So she spent lots of time traveling as much as she could on foot -she had gotten in huge trouble and got a wing taken away as punishment-, trying to find a place not being used. Then, she met up with the other dragons she helped escape, including her crush she thought she would never see again. She became close with her old friends, and they continued to travel together. They traveled for years. Picking up new skills and learning new techniques over the course of their journey. The eventually found another place of dragons though…. And they were captured. They were used to fight as soldiers, to fight in arenas, and to do all the dirty work of other dragons. They once again escaped after years of this. Wanted again, great. They traveled for almost Two years, when they finally found it; a mountain range surrounding a valley of trees. It had a huge lake in the middle, and empty fields full of rabbits and plants of other sorts. They searched the area for days, but only found a big cave they could live inside of. They all decided it was perfect. They got used to their new lives, setting up a small town full of dragons and jobs. Some became doctors, some hunted, some were guards, some did trades, Beetlethorn became what she always wanted to be; an inventor who built things to better the lives of others. Beetlethorn started to get closer to her crush (Duneflare, a trans male) over time. Eventually, the sand/ice ruler admitted to being in love with her! She was over the moon when he asked. She accepted instantly, and they became the royally nerdy duo. They both loved foxes, and decided to take one in as a pet and companion to help them out. Everyone teased them for being nerdy, but it worked out well for them. They eventually had 3 children: Scorpion, Shellsong, and Bumblemoth. (Scorpion turned out to be partly blind, just like her father) They later adopted an egg, and it turned out to be twins! They were named Redwood and CresentWhisper. They worked together to build a new place for the next generation to grow, and hoped to watch them build off everything already created. I think I structured it oddly, but I don’t have time to change it. Sorry 😭

Ice rain hybrid Scientist/inventor Has a lion as a pet Has multiple scars and a prosthetic wing I personally don’t see her getting into any romantic relationships. Iridescent is a crafty, cynical, philosophical, prodigious and sly icewing rainwing hybrid who grew up hidden in the ice caves, out of fear that she would be persecuted for not being a full icewing. Amongst these caves, while learning how to fly she injured her right wing on a icicle and rendered it useless. Despite this setback, she was incredibly crafty, making many attempts at a prosthetic wing but never found the right materials for it in the cave. When she matured, she enlisted in the Sandwing war of Sucession on Blister’s side where she was a master strategist and won 3 medals for it, despite some looking down on Iridescent for her heritage and receiving a pet lion as a gift. After the war was over, she was sent to Jade Mountain Academy by contract of the army as a assistant teacher majoring in science for 15 years. After her contract was over,she felt dissatisfied feeling she could do so much more. But then, she turned to the continent across the shores-Pantala. She had heard of the mysterious new rulers there,Bubonic and Ebola and was deeply unsure about them. But from the few things she heard about their kingdom, they had promised a utopia where there was no discrimination against hybrids, a unified kingdom, extremely advanced technology and rumors about even traveling to space. This piqued her curiosity, and so in the year 5028, she took the boat to Pantala, in hopes of finding fame and materials for her to build a prosthetic wings with. Living up to her name, she has cyan iridescent scales, with cerulean freckles on her spikes and face, a prehensile tail, sleek horns, and modified claws. She has spikes on her tail that can regrow and be used for self defense.

Expanding on her more, her breath is toxic, and can gradually disentagrate the aimed body part in a matter of days to hours, depending on her mood while firing the breath. She can’t change colors, only camouflage. But her mood can be depicted by how visible she is.

Hive-sea Scientist/inventor Pet fox (sandwings are missing so i chose my second) missing wing met mate by saving their life 12 dragonets (soon to be either 13 or 14) Seastinger wears bags along her tail and missing wing enjoys jewelery often has a cloak Seastinger is a hive-sea wing she was always coming up with new ideas to help her tribes she lived on rotation between the hives and sea kingdom she was around 4 flying to the sea kingdom when she found a skywing struggling to stay above water she saved him giving in after days of being followed to let him come to the small seawing town which her father lived in which was close to an island she eventually adopted a fox as her pet who she named Firegrove, Firegrove loyally follows her and rides on her while she flies though when she's for example in the sea kingdom will wander the nearby kingdoms waiting patiently for her when she was 7 she was told to choose where she would live she chose to become a traveler she got into many troubles eventually losing one of her four wings causing her to be very well.... acrobatic while she flies she very rarely visits her mate in the sky kingdom most of her many many dragonets residing with him while a few ventured on their own to travel also visiting every now and then she very occasionally brings a dragonet with her for a week or two to teach them her ways.
