It's very unlucky for somebody who has to work with a boss like Rob. I think that instead of calling Amber out and talking down to her, he should be more tactful. He could have a word with her so that she wouldn't feel humiliated in front of her colleagues. Dear Amy, it's really fun to learn English with you.

Rob was a bad manager. He didn't know how to inspire people. If i worked this company , i would find another job so soon as possible.😅😅

This comment made me laugh! 😅 you’re right! And some feedback for you, we “work AT a company” and the phrase is “AS soon as” so you should say, “if I worked AT this company, I would find another job AS soon as possible.” But you used the conditional perfectly which can be very difficult. Good job!! 👏🏼
