Perfect Ukdiche Modak . The way you explain each and every detail about the recipe I feel anyone can make it in first trail. Even it took several day for me to give proper कळ्या to modak. This was one of the best videos of this receipe I've found so far. My wife and I made Modaks for the first time and should I say you not only shared the receipe but also shared the intricacies of the technique while making it. I wouldn't say our Modaks were perfect yet in shape, but we do understand it's a process. With time it'll be perfect. Besides, I'm sure Bapa will be happy that we tried and made his favorite bhog for him. Kudos to you! God bless.

तुमचे मराठी आणि मोदक खूपच छान आहेत. As everyone has commented you really have put your heart and soul together to creat this divine food for गणपती बाप्पा मोरया! Bappa's blessings makes you very successful chef no wonder!😊 May i give you one suggestion. Add one heaped teaspoon of khaskhas to the saran ( सारण). One and half tablespoon small pieces of Cashew Nuts.The combination of coconut ,jaggery and cashews is very typical of Konkan region.wish you all the best . Though I am making Modak for so many years I still can't master the technic of making perfect Modak Peeth.😢

Every year during Ganesh Chaturthi, I get nervous that my modaks won't shape right. Your 6:00 to 6:17 is a game changer. I live in the US, so it's a big deal for me to be able to accomplish this. Your recipe hit it out of the ballpark when dealing with kneading. You just turned my weakness into strength, and I commend you on your effort to present this step by step. Great job, Chef!

Before I write my experience,Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with many small but important tips .I am from Marathi Brahmin family,my mother and sisters used to prepare ukadiche modak but in the past I never ate those modak and didn't learn from them. Non marathi hone ke bavjud bhi aapne bahot achchi tarah se modak banae hai ..kyoki ukadi che modak banana to aasaan hai lekin usme Kaliya banana mushkil hota hai...apne bahut achche banaye hai
