My memory of paratha goes to my mom making stuff paratha out of Paneer and Aloo. She mostly adds all the stuffing while making the dough of wheat flour. So we don't have to stuff the paratha separately. But they are yummy and we have it with curd and green chutney. Love and Blessings from Planet Ayurveda.
