What's up guys! Though I have uploaded several paratha recipes on my channel and this is no different. Was craving to have Paneer paratha, but considering the current situation I thought so of making it with fresh homemade paneer. It has turned to be damn delicious and specially the taste is elevated by the addition of thecha, also shown how to make that. This is such a quick and delicious recipe !!! I was running out of ideas to use paneer - just been making palak paneer , paneer butter masala and kadai paneer and paneer tikka which takes hours ... thank you chef S for this amazing quick recipe - I had the wheat flour dough already kneaded so all I had to do was the filling and chutney ... my little one loved it so did husband ... very satisfying !!!! I am from Pune and we use thecha in most of our parathas with fillings. We even eat it along with the parathas. It tastes AMAAAZING! Adding thecha in the filling takes the taste of parathas to a whole new level. So thrilled that you made this paratha with thecha! 😃 FYI : Try adding thecha/thesa in aloo paratha. Yummyyy!
