I have tried making soya chunks in different ways a couple of times with the boiling of the chunks etc. but never managed to get rid of the odd taste that comes with soya chunks. I tried out this recipe on Monday, 2 days back. Not only was there no residual soya chunk taste but the dish tasted really delicious. Thank you very much for this recipe chef.
