Today I made this for my family. Also, it is my first Mutton dish that I have ever prepared. We had it with Malabar parota. It tasted as if I have been preparing mutton dishes for years. I tried it last night and it came out amazing. I don’t like mutton so I had used a different kind of meat but used pressure cooker just like you had suggested and then did bhoona and had it with naan.

hamare yaha mutton ko raw papaya me or dry masale and ginger garlic paste k saath merinate kr k rakh dete he fir papaya slices nikaal kr direct tawa pe fry krte he which is taste delicious and papaya meat ko achhe se tender kr deta he and taste incredible try it sir😊😊😊
