Chef, love all your recipes. They are a treat for taste buds as well as eyes. One suggestion, when mentioning the quantities like number of onions/tomatoes, bunch of leafy vegetables, please consider mentioning volume (cups) or weight also because like the sizes can vary from place to place. Especially for people outside India the size of produce is far different than in India.

I like both Sanjyot Kheer and Ranveer Brars recipes and style of presenting the cookery show.Both are talented and make cooking interesting.Ranveer Brar brings fun humor and knowledge to the viewers..whereas Sanjyot is serious in his presentation but both chefs make us want to go and start making the dish rightaway or find it in a restaurant 😅

Hello chef. I was pleasantly surprised to see this recipe. Didn’t know it is called Dal Mughlai.... In southern part of Karnataka this is an old traditional curry. Two differences....we fry the masala well and then add the soaked green grams, diced potato and pressure cook for one or two whistles. And instead of birista at the end we break a few eggs and add, stirring gently so the eggs are scrambled into the curry. It thickens the curry as well as lends a unique taste. Goes well with chapathi, poori and rice. Now on I will garnish it with fried onions as you show, as I think that will add to the look and taste both. Thank you for the video.
