Gotham city: Lowkey Wacky due to how crazy, very Brutal, gang wars constantly and insane villains who’d Fuch your mind up, won’t return after a year the same like Grayson. Either you’ll come out stronger or broken, no between honestly. Metropolis: Really fooking strong villains, a city for higher tiers or supergeniuses with a plan for both sides, no place for rookies (At least with,Lex still around) Central city: Wacky af but very creative rogue gimmicks and personas, stronger than Gotham’s bad guys like the difference between Captain cold and Mr.Freeze for one example but nothing for Metropolis’ baddies or the hero that defends the cities, fairly rookie friendly. Blüdhaven: Coordinated and straight brutal, corrupt police department, Villains from Metropolis and Gotham move there and visit from time to time, mostly Gotham’s though. Definitely not rookie friendly but EZ for a veteran(At least without Blockbuster!) Star-city: Honestly? Green Arrow and Roy’s badass but idfk. Rookie friendly I’d assume, Arrow seemed like a more grounded hero. Coast city: The hero’s practically non-existent so definitely friendlier to villains. Coast city wins the EZiest city award.

Not that there’s none and I’m fairly sure Los Angeles exists like how folks confuse Gotham and New York where they both exist in continuity as many heroes have been based in New York temporarily or so. I’m not entirely sure but DC doesn’t give as much heroes to coast as Gotham with the Batfamily, Star with the Arrows, Metropolis with the supers, Central with the speedsters. I guess I see my flaw.

Since writers keep upping the ante about how fast the Flash is, he absolutely should be the most terrifying hero. He can move and act faster than you can think. Literally. He can move faster than the time it takes your brain to process information and and do something. Faster than the nerve pulses your brain sends to your mental scles to tell THEM to do something. But he can think at those speeds as if he were taking a brisk walk. He xan move fast enough to fill your entire field of vision simultaneously. And not as after images, either. The time it takes him to go from one spot to another simply doesn't exist. The man can run through time under his own power. He beat teleportation on a race across the galaxy, he ran faster than "instant"! He outran DEATH. Amd if he really wants to obliterate you, he can run fast enough to punch you with INFINITE MASS! And if he doesn't wanna kill you, he can easily influct a fate worse than death, like when Wally stole all of Inertia's speed, slowed him down to the point he had "eyes that take 100 years to blink" and replaced the Inertia statue in the Flash museum with the REAL INERTIA!

Here’s the thing about The Flash, he stops to talk makes you think your gonna get away and then defeats you. And when you Star thinking in like jail or something like that, you realized that he could’ve murdered you. And that all he needs is one bad day.
