Hello Hiw long after you dipped apples can they sit out or should I put them in the refrigerator I'm going to try dipping with chocolate for sweetest day

So if you’re making candy apples, as I mentioned in this video, I would recommend that you let them sit out no longer than a week but after 48 hours of them sitting out, you can dip in the candy mixture, but if you’re dipping and chocolate, they don’t have to sit at all. You just dry your apples and dip them. Don’t necessarily have to if you’re dipping in chocolate, just clean them, and dry them completely before dipping in chocolate.

I would like to know more about humidity , I live in NYC is summer my apples 🍏 is getting melted , after dipping. Is really stressful!?

In the summer months candy apples can be stressful because your making a homemade candy recipe Candy apples doesn’t do well in heat, especially when it’s humid. They become sticky and they begin to break down quicker. So if you plan to get apples during the summer months my suggestion is to package them once you are done dipping and store them in the refrigerator.

@@YourSweetConnection Oh, I can't wait! I have changed my mind on grapes. Now.. Instead of black globe grapes instead of green seedless, I want to try your recipes with the cotton candy grapes, lol. I was also talking with my daughter about the feasibility of "spiked" grapes. Mostly it was just a topic of conversation, because... Let me be honest, I am lazy and I am greedy and if I do make your grapes, I'm eating them. All. And I prefer savory and salt to sweet. But I would still eat them, lolol.
