When I have even one or two drinks, while I do dinner, I definitely notice a difference in my sleep pattern. I often wake up a number of times during the night and do not feel as well rested in the morning. One of the reasons why I almost never have alcohol anymore. Thanks for the video!

Pedantic. Losing 9% of sleep Quality is much better than losing half of the sleep I could get before work, or just literally not even falling asleep at all before my alarm goes off. 39% is still getting ahead.

It’s more a conversation about what’s optimal. 39% is still obviously better than nothing, but not ideal especially if alcohol is the driving force.
