Brilliant video! Please do a Part 2 if you haven’t already. I understand about tap water and I can taste it. I have to put himalayan salt, ginger, chia, lemon and lime in there. But we must hydrate, so what do you recommend instead? Also can you do a video on hair health or share the link please? And thank you again, you are clear proof that natural, non toxic and purely holistic works🙏

Thank you! Part II is up! I recommend Redmond's salt (just a pinch) with your typical glass of water to hydrate the body's cells, while providing over 60 minerals. It is the only salt I have found that is free of microplastics found in many sea salts and free of mercury/toxins found in many Himalayan salts (I don't know if this holds true for all). Redmond's is out of Utah from an ancient sea bed. You can find it on Amazon. I also drink warm water with lemon once a day. Thank you for your comment, and I was thinking of doing a hair video too! 🤍

Great video! I've been living a holistic lifestyle for some time now and do many of these things. I'm almost 40 with no fillers or botox and I would also like to age naturally and gracefully. I have been really interested in face yoga/exercises and had started (briefly) but stopped because I got nervous that I would create more wrinkles like the marionette to become more pronounced. How long have you done face yoga and do you just have to be cautious about doing it a certain way? You look fantastic so I think I'd like to try to add it into my routine. Anyhow, thanks for making this video. Its refreshing to see other women out there wanting to age in a natural manner to the best of their ability. You're awesome!

Thank you! Yes, I had the exact hesitations with face yoga - will it even work and will it create more wrinkles. I used to have "11 lines", wrinkles on my forehead, and more prominent marionette lines. It does take time and patience (it took a few months before I started seeing tangible results - but it is so worth it). I recommend 1) finding someone that you trust (I listed some in the description box I like), 2) staying consistent (daily), and 3) it can be rewarding to take a before/after pic so that you see the change (and it can be things other than wrinkles alone like face symmetry and a lifted/toned appearance 4) commit to a full face workout routine. Sounds like a lot, but as I mentioned in the video, I started to really enjoy the "me time", the quiet, and there's something to be said about a low stress, gentle activity that helps you be "in the moment" - which I think is "anti-aging" within itself! I hope that helps and thank you again for your comment, I loved it! 🥰

@@powersbeing Awww what a wonderful and thorough response! I appreciate you taking your time to respond to me. Wow, ok so basically the only wrinkles I have are in fact my 11's and I would love to get rid of them but would never use botox. I have been using a special type of tape in the way one would use frownies, and they're much less pronounced when used regularly. So, you have successfully put my mind at peace about the fear of creating more wrinkles and I'm going to check out what you have listed and I even have a playlist of ones I've saved. I'm just going to take my time and do the exercises in the mirror so I can visibly see if I'm crinkling other areas and to keep them smoothed out. My goal is to lift my cheeks a bit and to prevent the dreaded droopy jowl that often starts appearing around this phase of life. I am all about self-care! I think its so important to take care of ones self as when we feel our best we are more able to give our time and service to others. So in a way its a selfless loving act. Also, my body was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease as well. A very very severe case of full body RA. It devastated my body and I had lost 20 lbs and all of my muscle due to being cripple and bedridden. I can happily say that I am on the mend and doing SO much better. I know people say autoimmune cannot be healed, but I just refuse to accept/believe that. Being very immersed in the Holistic world I have seen miraculous healings. People that have healed from the worst conditions that were given very bleak prognosis. So I will never lose the faith and keep doing all of the beneficial things I know are adding up. Even though I would never ever want to experience that level of pain again I can see that this dis-ease was a gift in a way because its helped me to realize I had been stuck in survival mode for most of my life. Its pushed me to face and heal from trauma. I am finally waking up feeling happy, excited for life and in a peaceful state. Even though we're in some crazy times and I could totally give in to the doom and gloom I'm choosing to see the beauty and just do things that I'm passionate about. Well, I think I have gone on enough. I apologize for the novel lol. Anyway, keep doing what you're doing. I'd also like to figure out how to make my work helping others to become their best, healthiest, shiniest versions. Its something I've wanted to do for years. You're very inspiring. Much love to you!

How do you get enough protein from the lectin-free plant diet? Especially if you workout/exercise a lot and need to replace?
@powersbeingАй бұрын
You can have grass-fed, pasture-raised meat and wild seafood in moderation on a lectin-free protocol. It is a plant-based diet, in terms of emphasizing more vegetables on your plate, but you don't have to be fully plant-based if you don't want to. However, you can get sufficient protein on a fully plant-based protocol as well. It is a matter of getting vitamins and minerals meats provide from diverse veggies, fruits, nuts, etc. A horse and a gorilla have more muscles per pound than most creatures - they are fully plant-based; herbivores. 🌿 On my channel, I am sharing vegetarian/vegan lectin-free recipes to open the audience up to the cornucopia of veggie options that provide nutrient diversity for a balanced diet. 💚

If you are a person who does a lot facial expressions while talking, you will end up having wrinkles permanently!! They won’t stop just from eating healthy or doing facial massages…
@powersbeingАй бұрын
Not from my experience. In the video, I explain how I used to have expression lines and I am an expressive person myself! I used to have forehead lines and "11 lines", face yoga really helped this and dietary deficiencies, stress, etc. also cause wrinkles. Thank you for your comment. 🤍
