Youtube is BLAMING Me for This... (PERMANENTLY DEMONETIZED)

KZbin has unfairly demonetized my entire channel by disabling my google adsense account for something I DIDN'T do. Today I am asking for your help to spread my message and help me fix this issue.

This is honestly ridiculous how KZbin is and how they treat their creators and the appeal process is absolutely ridiculous. When they demonetized me and would not listen to my appeal even when I went in depth about everything they were talking about, and rested my case well over to show that they were in the wrong, I practically gave up on KZbin and it further fueled my bad mental health. Haven’t wanted to come back since. You’re probably the only creator I check out anymore on this platform and hate to see what they are doing to you.

I just got off a chat with the KZbin support team. Not only do they demonetize me (and countless other creators) based on their new updated policy they also told me whatever earnings I have made the previous month will not be paid to me. I believe the same goes to other creators as well. According to the chat with the support team, just because a creator's demonetized it means whatever they have made up till the point of demonetization will not be paid to the creator even though it was earned. I was told they were contractually obligated to refund the advertisers. Using creators' earnings? What's there to refund if the advertisers have benefited from the ads on those videos? They are robbing us creators. I have been a creator since 2012 and KZbin just canceled me without a good explanation. Such a shame what KZbin has become!

I had the same issue on my old KZbin account, I wasn’t as successful and I was only earning like 50 cents a month but still what I did was I contacted KZbin and they didn’t respond so then I deleted my account and it didn’t fix it so when I made this account It wasn’t working so I ended up emailing Adsense themselves and they ended up further looking into it and the problem was solved. I’m not sure if this could work to solve this for you but it worked for me. And you are my inspiration for making content so when I saw this video I knew I had to attempt something to help you out

I believe you have the ability to create a new adsense account under a company/ your own LLC. (It's how people like Keemstar was able to stay on KZbin and get paid ever after getting banned previously) Or if you have a friend or family member you trust, you can connect their adsense account to your youtube channel so you can earn revenue from your videos as you're still waiting to get this problem fixed As it's a different entity/person and legally, not you it should be fine. Hope that can help you out!

It's fine, man. I was wondering why you weren't uploading, but I really understand the struggles and pains of mental health. KZbin always tries to delevel its content creators for no reason. I once tried to sign up for monetization as well, on my other account with over six thousand subscribers. Unfortunately, I couldn't get through. They started to refer to my content as "spam," "auto farmed" content, and a lot more written BS that wasn't even clearly understood or further clarified. KZbin is the problem, not you. KZbin has just been annoying and problematic since a long time. I wish for end of your pain and get well soon, mental health issues are quite problematic (as I've been going through them too recently, I'm in class 12, India, like the most important year of education. And, things havent been going thr way i would like them to go). Also I'm so tight with the time i have that i am having physical health issues too, therapists are a good way but, I'm here not able to manage even my food times and stuff, it's difficult to say the least(i shouldnt be spitting out this stuff everywhere, whats wrong with me) I still believe, and hope, that they get better sooner or later and just keep going with the flow. KZbin has a history of messing with small creators and Google, who own YT, has continued that tradition.

OK so the way this usually works is that someone has maliciously made a vm of some sort of server that basically tells Google that they are viewing a video of yours through a specific platform, Google sees this and just goes 'it must be an exploit being abused' so it demonetized you. Then that is the case then I think you shall check the area in you analytics where it shows what percent of the people are viewing your videos from your home page. If it is unusually high then I think you can use it as an claim against Google maybe sending then an email of sorts mentioning it.

Irl, I’m surrounded by people studying and practicing law, and idk if this helps but know that lawyering up when it comes to money and payment is a very valid option, and consider consulting on what getting a lawyer might look like if/when you may need one. Money is somehow the hardest thing for businesses to properly handle despite how necessary and common it is. The amount of bs I’ve gone through in retail jobs ALONE of being denied an explanation of situations I’m part of, or not being properly compensated is outrageous. if memory serves its an error on the youtube end that has been "fixed" over 30 times. it has to do with videos appearing on adds outside of youtube, and auto playing for about 1/1000th of a second on some less than reputable sites. the entities behind it chose channels that grow quickly and take new and popular videos and splice them into a add real that loads each video, but doesnt actually play it. the only solution is to keep contacting youtube or google (use the business inquiry for google, since your channel is classified as a partnered business) until they remove restrictions on your add cents, or make a bunch of public posts and tag influential creators and staff to see if that can get your inquiry heard and legitimately responded to.

I went through some drama/beef with other KZbinrs and now one of their fans (sadly don’t know specifically who) is botting fake view traffic to my KZbin channel just to try and get me taken down and harm my channel. I luckily have not been demonetized yet, but I am still worried because this heavily damages the performance of a KZbin video and stops it from being pushed out to other people. Overall such an incredibly scummy thing to do and the fact that I can’t do anything about it makes it even worse.

I've seen so many content creators (completely benign ones like reddit readers and DIY channels) demonitized in the last couple of years and it's ridiculous. I'm so sorry that this has happened to you. After a quick googling of the situation, it seems to be a very common problem. From what you have explained in your video it seems to look like there may be a click bot associated to your Adsense/Admob account/s? From what I've read a possible solution to eliminate that is to 'invest' in a trusted anti-ad fraud software program. Also I do think that your partner ghosting you since you made them aware of this problem is a bit suspicious.

Usually, they falter at the mere mention of a lawyer, which makes them want to avoid the lawsuit, if they do find that they're in the wrong. If they don't find that they're in the wrong, they will wait for well over a month after you have won the lawsuit before they start doing anything, basically after you sent out the second lawsuit, that they don't keep up with the reinstatement.
