They physically mail an activation code to ur current resident for ur adsense account . And ur bank has to be in ur current country . Outside of Russia.

In ur case, u do vlogs. And vlogs get around 2-4$ per one thousand views. So let's says u make 3$ per 1 thousand views. And if u get around 20k views in a month. That's around 60$ if u get 100k views . That's 300$ usd. I don't know the conversation rate to Georgia currency . But it's money and every dollar helps
