I was able to zero gap my wahl 1919 cordless clipper with no issues.. the thing here is i think Wahl deliberately made the clipper zero gap with about 98 - 99%% for safety reasons.. even though it is not fully 100% zero gaped, it still cuts and frictions really good

Is the taper blade (#1006) kind of rounded at the tip?

I zero gaped my cordless super taper. I put a panasonic battery in and a digital voltmeter on it. I never need to change that clipper with other wahl clipper. 😊💪💪

Ever make that tutorial to solder the magic clips? Can’t find it Also what are your thoughts on the precision blade? No one seems to really talk about them anymore but I found my old ones from like 10 years ago and got them sharpened threw them on the cordless seniors with the ceramic blade and it’s a beast with skin fades definitely check them out if you haven’t

Hi..QUESTION..! After you 0 Gap the Wahl 1919..the 2 bolts that you put it back on the Magic clip to 0 gap that....What size bolts are they...perhaps where did you swap it from...? Plz reply..thank you..! Ps. Thanks for your quick responsed from previous comment.!!! ::))

About the batteries i think they are all the same but the senior and 1919 cordless will probably have a bigger coil thats why it is faster and heavier with battery time probably shorter ..

Don't be surprised if the screw that holds the adjustment lever in place starts to back out on it's own after some time. If it does, just add a dab of loctite on the screw threads and put it back in place. You should shout out the original source who said to change the blade slide bracket.

is the 5 star a rotary pibot or magnetic oscillation i read rotary and looks rotary to me but so many say electro magnetic, i am not talking about the motor i am asking about the oscillation technique that is what is meant by rotary pibot or magnetic the oscillating technique.

Can I leave the stagger tooth cutting blade on my magic clip but switch out the bracket and bottom blade to the 1919s? Or even just switch the brackets? I like having the stagger blade on my magic clips.

Sure you can. Wahl blades/bracket are all interchangeable.

And that is why since I've zero gapped my Babyliss fx cordless with Wahl blade, I've hardly picked up my Seniors. Those Wahl cordless just get SO loud after a hot minute

@@KZbinBarberAcademyStrangely, one pair of my Seniors are fine. But my Babyliss fx have been flawless, no extra noise, no loss of power and consistent. I know Eddie wasn't a fan, but I've got used to their unique shape and size now and have barely touched my Wahl cordless

@@Beatbyawhiteboy Is true that is why I got the Wahl elite clipper because it came with the same motor as the magic clip corded but it come with the clip profesional guards that is $30+ value on in the guards plus you get a free clipper for 35$ bucks!! But for professional barbers Wahl make them pay almost $40 just for the pro guards

Wahl been selling the same clippers for a long time.. The corded ones were all the same, too, containing the V9000 motor. The only difference was the housings and names (Icon, Seniors, Magic, etc).
