1 year late obviously but I hope at least someone sees this. Here in STL Missouri we had a circuit judge who messed up so badly that over 2,000 cases got dismissed. One of these cases my mom was involved in. She was the teacher of a little girl (or at least reached in the school that the girl went to) who lived with her father, mother and step father in the same house. Her father murdered her mother and proceeded to get away with it because of Gardener's incompetence. Not really a point to make from this, it's just incredibly incredibly sad

The thing about the Diana Loveday situation is that this happens ALOT! Men will be lured to a spot, usually to or from picking up a child of joint custody, only to be killed in a “stand your ground” situation or after the pickup. It’s happens several times, to the point now a lot of men will wear Kevlar vests and have police observe the pickups. The idea of being killed seeing your children makes me angrier than anything else I could fathom.

I've been listening to a Bible podcast that Wendigoon is on, and so far they haven't mentioned any scripture that tells people to fuck with venomous animals. In fact, there's a bit in Genesis about a lady who got too friendly with a snake, and that was pretty widely regarded as a bad decision.
@alexb43402 жыл бұрын
I think they were basing it on the passage of scripture about Paul getting bit by a snake and just shaking it off because he was preaching or something
@Anthropomorphic Жыл бұрын
It's primarily based on a line from Mark: "And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues. They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover." Outside of a small number of niche churches in the American south, though, basically nobody has ever taken that as a command to start playing with snakes. Additionally, scholars now tend to think that that part of Mark was a late addition by a different writer.
@Brother_O4TS6 ай бұрын
Snakes have been used to test the faith of people in the Bible, tho obviously, they're all stories and should never be done irl without proper preparation. This is the problem with blind faith. You ignore reality because you think faith alone will help or save you. Speaking of faith and snakes, there's also that one Saint that got rid of a snake infestation in a town. in the BHFS video, mass death of cattle can be due to lightning strikes hitting the metal in the fields they are in, which of course hits the cattle and kills them. it happens to a lot of unlucky cattle farmers, and it can completely fuck up their lives. Cattle are extremely expensive, and if these farmers are not bringing in enough, it's essentially over for them.

Rabies is one thing that I fear the most. It eats up your brain, turning it to mush, that's where the fear of water comes from. ALSO, bovine diseases can spread throughout the herd very quickly and though most don't fall dead all at once. Overlooking the symptoms of the first infected will insure the death of most of your cattle. Cows often have the same complex emotional structure as humans and much like us, can often die of "heartbreak". But in these cases the heart is stressed to the max and when witnessing a loved member die, they can often succumb to their ailment pretty immediately. This has been documented even in healthy cows that witness their friend or love, being inhumanely killed in beef factories. And I can attest to that. Working with cattle for a little under 3 years. Just as a work hand. This happened a few times but usually only a small amount would parish from disease because of antibiotics and vaccines. But in other countries that struggle to maintain modern medicine will have this occur more often. Typically they go unnoticed or unreported because of the easily explainable science behind it. But if you arnt aware of that information you could easily find yourself without livestock within a week. It's heart breaking but doing to extra work, if possible, to protect your livestock then this could potentially be the outcome. It's rare for it to kill all at ounce if ever. But within a 12 hour period is less rare. Just depends on how much you pay attention to your cattle. Or chickens. Or even bees. If you don't constantly check for mites in a bee colony then they will all lost likely die. And you will more than likely think they died all at ounce. But really, it's over a larger period of time. It's the attention that you give to other living creatures that will protect their longevity. Even if at first you arnt prepared to handle their health and wellness. Just being able to identify these things early will significantly lessen the mortality rate.

Remember Dog Man. A kids book. Well, I just developed a more disturbing origins based on one of these videos. So, it follows a war going on in the city of Piqua Ohio, which is the actual name of the city Captain Underpants lived in. So, during the war, one of the soldiers of Piqua Ohio, Russel Knight, had been near a bomb, which exploded his head in the process. Although, his brain was still intact, remaining him alive until he dies of blood loss. When Russel was seeking a place to hide and clear up his wounds, he ends up accidentally hides in a laboratory. He was then captured by scientists and they claimed that him and his head trauma is a good fit for their experiment. The man in charge, Sergei Brukhonenko, who was the man who was the first to develop the first ever lung machine but in this universe, he's still working on the kinks. Sergei said that they used dogs for the experiment, and that they had decapitated dogs with them still being alive. Sergei now has the idea to decapitate Russel just so that he can stitch the dogs head onto Russel's, making the dog able to walk like a human. The experiment commenced, and they held Russel against his own will, and they sliced off his head, killing him, and stitching the dog's head onto the body of Russel. The experiment deemed successful. Turns out that with the dog now with Russel's body, he gained his memories and IQ, although he still has the clique qualities of a dog. Later, the war ended, and Piqua Ohio won. The police force found the dog headed man laying on the streets, in need of food and water. The police force decided to hire him as a cop because they announced him as the ultimate lifeform, and he would be a great help to the force. Half of the cops, including the chief, treated him like he is one of them, and the other half treated him like he belongs in a freak show. Russel tries going home to his family, but they ended up kicking him out, due to such a monster he has become. The only one with the heart to give him a roof over his head was the chief. Later, throughout the years, he was named on the newspaper, as the Dog Man. One man took note of this. This was Pete, who was born with a skin condition where he has orange fur growing all over his body. He was mocked by the people because of his condition, and became bitter because of it. But with his high intellect, he gets to treat those people a lesson. He tries making his way over to Dog Man and tries convincing him to team up with him to try making Piqua a hellrotted environment. Dog man declines, stating that with more chaos, the more people would be just like them. Different. Mentally or physically. That's when Pete started fighting Dog Man and Pete had the upper hand. He started brutally injuring the dog headed cop. Dog Man then ran away from the city, hoping to find a place where he could be no longer a misfit. He was then stranded on the road for days, to then meet a familiar face. It's the chief, who told Dog Man that since he was gone, Pete has been declaring the war on the city all over again. Dog Man hated of what happened last time. Chief then told Dog Man that he can try being a hero to the city. Dog Man thought of it for a moment, and then decided to do it, in sake of people no longer treating him like a monster. As they returned, they found many people risking their own lives, just to save others. That's when Dog Man went in for the fight. That's when he met Pete and the two both fought it out. During that, Dog Man bit into Pete's neck, and began to crush Pete's throat. As soon as Pete was about to die, he sliced off Dog Man's head once again, causing the two to both die, officially. Chief, the other police, and the many citizens, arranged a memorial for the friend who wanted to fit in, and wanted to be a hero. He finally had that chance. he was finally one of them.
