kabal is a pretty bad match up for anyone, but he is terrible for sub zero. i know i have an top teir sub and i've played against a top tier kabal. its rough gettin in. best bet is to get him in a corned and TRY and keep him there and just be leary of an wake up attack. easier said than done though.

I have to agree with you sir however if you stay put and be patient kabal will eventually have to come to you or if you time it right ex ice ball kabal. Its hard and you will lose by chip damage if the timer runs out but I've beaten top tier kabals, cyrax's and kung Laos simply by being patient. My main is sub zero but your 100% correct its a bitch getting in

i agree as well, but kabal does not have to come to you at all. he literally can sit there and zone all day weather you get hit directly or take chip damage. had. it done to me by this butt hurt dude i played. his kabal was elite but in close range i would dominate so he decided to stay away full screen and zone with the beam. i couldnt jump and everytime i advanced he'd make it a point to move back.. i thought it was rather cheap but all is far in love in war and its in the game so i couldnt fault that. cant be too patient in a 90 second round bruh. i hear you though. its not impossible damn hard tho.

Deandre Adams I'd have to agree with you again, I think its cheap as well but I have to admit he is because of the saws and beam one of if not the best Zoners in the game but up close or in the corner kabal doesn't stand a chance. I myself think its funny however that when you throw out an ice clone and your versing that one guy even if he is at a high tier level he darts to the back of the level like "nope not fucking today"

@@Dzzz120 this is MK9 we’re talking about 💀 this game either has extremely weak characters and extremely broken characters, sadly sub zero was unfortunately one of the many weak characters in this game. Also most of the competitors in tournaments back in MK9 used smoke, cyrax, kabal, Johnny, and sonya because they were the only good characters in this game plus they were broken, and this “weak” sub zero managed to reach the grand finals which is very impressive since subzero was not good in this game. And also Tom Brady in my opinion is the only player who can play a weak character strongly because he is a loyal sub zero player and played sub zero even with his MK9 conditions which makes him the best subzero.
