PTM stands for Performance TRACTION Management (not throttle). It's intended for competitive driving. So PTM Wet mode is for when the track is wet.

I also have a 23 in Raven with the same seats, gray wheels, TR6060 and black seat belts. This car GETS!!! So much fun to drive, it pulls hard in every gear. A true sleeper.
