That factory manufactures 3 hot dogs an hour, because 1. The inspector consumes a whopping 3,500 hot dogs a minute, which is 210,000 an hour. 2. A machine filters out all (if not, most) of the hot dogs So in fact these 3 hot dogs are the fortunate survivors of both the inspector and the machine.
