The reactor archetype would have been an interesting real life control deck if it had been properly built in the real life game especially Flying Fortress sky fire. Seems like he could have done that before dueling Yusei since he already found out the truth. So, the duel came off as waste of time. At least that is how it seems from watching the dub. I don't know about the sub. Not sure why he would plan on winning the fortune cup before exposing Goodwin. I would think his village mattered more him than beating Yusei and possibly Jack before the exposure. Still, I don't know if the gap of logic can be explained in the sub.
