I love Master Duel’s animations, very clean 2D animations to reflect the card game more so than the anime for the millionth time. Summoning a Blue-Eyes or Dark Magician or Exodia in that game feels so great with the music change.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory I say hands done has the best 2D Exodia win scene, from the scene transition of the five pieces coming together, to Exodia's arms and legs flashingly popping on to him, all coming together with a pretty sick epic orchestra syncing capping off with his "Obliterate" pose.

player lost due to a deck out because of graceful charity. if player had 1 more card, it would have been fine. but player decked out before exodia could trigger

I swear if I was somehow able to Summon Exodia in Dark Duel Stories when I was little (fat chance, I know) or just seeing Seeker use him, I think I'd have crapped my pants. Exodia looks kinda freaky

And the latest Exodia animation is... a very lazily animated 2-D sprite. Seriously, the gba games were 10x better. The gba Era was a great time for sprite animations in general, really.

It might be because the game is cross platform by an insane amount, to account a PC to a Mobile Phone, and all the other combinations for online. But the most likely answer is that they didn’t want to give Exodia the biggest quality like Duelist of the Roses or Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution.
