Hey man, I love your videos, but I can barely hear you, even with headphone in and my volume on max. P.S. the ads that play are super loud compared to your talking in the video and I often turn those down and then go back to max volume to hear you talking.

Thanks for the feedback, I feel as though the volume level was good for my voice but I can bump it up no problem in future videos. As for the volume of ads I can't control unfortunately. Balancing audio has always been annoying but I will try my best to fix it!

If you want to test with Capshell, Shaddoll Fusion is pretty decent - you draw 2 by sending Beast and Capshell. The only problem I've found with it is that Winda isn't good for much going 2nd.

It's not terrible. You just summon Winda after getting a Mekk-Knight on board. Go into a Morning Star to get her off the field then search for Secrets. With the 2 draw from Winda, your hand should be pretty good, letting you set the Secrets to summon Winda instead of the usual Indigo play.

Hi Winter_killz, and congratulations for your videos they're amazing as always! I've been playing Mekk Knights for some time and I had a few quick questions: 1- What are your thoughts on Iron Dragon Tiamaton? Any reason why you're not playing it? It's been amazing for me through my testing. 2- What about Iblee? Even without Mermaid she can still get you a column on her own plus a card on the opponent's side of the field, turning Blue Sky on. 3- The question has been asked already but no Pinpoint Landing? Solid questions. He's used iron dragon and iblee in his previous builds for a soft extra monster zone lock. However that doesn't come up often since iron dragon isn't searchable and iblee is also no longer due to mermaid's ban. That strategy was also meant for going first, this build is more going second with it's board breaking abilities. In terms of pinpoint landing, its great, but there have been times where I pinpointed a pinpoint landing (feels bad man). Its a great decoy if your opponent doesn't want you to keep drawing but since its a hard once per turn, I would keep it no higher than 2 (I dropped it from my build from 2 to 1). Also with the lack of normal summons in this deck since the draconnet engine is out, you will find yourself wanting ipiria more than pinpoint since you get an extra deck monster on field for your columns to get you mekk knight special summons live. Essentially you want to keep a balanced ratio to get both a monster and a spell on field before you get your mekk-knight plays going. Hoped this helped

@@6CornDawg9 thanks for the relevant and detailed answer ;) In my build I have 20 monsters and 20 S/T and I'm really happy about that ratio. Playing 2 Pinpoints along with enough normal summons between Iblee and Ipiria is quite valuable. Also with Mind Control there are some neat shenanigans out there with Link Disciple and Iblee that help you fix your hands, even in cases where I go second. I might change my opinion through more testing of course as it's always good to keep one's deck evolving but it's been really consistent so far and deals with a lot of meta decks. Talking about Draconnet, which I used to play and I recently took out for testing, what's the rationale behind taking it out in your builds? I mean it's a great Ash bait and you can still play Yugioh and get columns if it gets disrupted. Plus, it's good going both second and first.

I'm glad you enjoy the videos! First off, I don't run tiamaton because bad someone else mentioned, it's not searchable. It also sucks against thunder and orcust. Iblee is still a good normal summon. Maybe I'll find a way to work it back into the build but I've just been liking the utility that ipiria gives as well as having a searchable normal summon in avram. Pinpoint is cool and I really like the idea of it in theory, but in practice it just never seems as good. Again something I might try and test in the future. Also, you mentioned why drop the draconet engine. Well that's a good question because I'm not a 100% sure as to why myself but it's a combo that's really prone to getting hand trapped not even just ash but nibiru as well. The combo also puts a bit or reliance on seeing the right cards. I've had a lot of times where I open draconet and no mekk knight and it just ends on a really awkward board. It also forces you to play bricky engine requirements like crowned and world legacy "world chalice" which have plagued many a hand for me, which not playing removes the chance of drawing really bad cards. Which of course is nice

@@WinterKillz I understand your view on Pinpoint and the Draconnet engine; I'm still partial to Pinpoint just for the sake of drawing and I've dropped the Draconnet engine as well for now. In my opinion there's not enough normal summons in the deck without both Iblee and Ipiria, at least I find myself always lacking starters for my MK cards if I drop any of these. But again, it's good to always keep things evolving a bit. Thanks for your feedback! Cheers

Love the discussion 👍👍💪💪 . iv been trying to make my build as optimal as posssible. Im running a very small crusadia package to go first with . 2 max, 2 draco, 3 arboria. Basically it helps turbo out a board and equuimax gives 1 negate, i can use blue and arboria to land a borreload savage with a regulex attached. Searching crusadia krawler helps line up my next turn aswell and gives a tribute for equimax. Iron dragon tiamaton is still my favorite hand trap so thats at 3 ( can be a little bricky ). If forced to go second i usually can bait negates and hit with one punch man for victory. Any thoughts?

Hey Winter, this has to be one of your more interesting takes on mekk-knights. I have Ipiria in my deck currently but I'm thinking of swapping it out for capshell for the dark utility since I am still running the Draconnet engine, Iron Dragon, and Phantom Skyblaster for Chaos Dragon Levianeer. I can't seem to find a good reason to run ipiria over capshell. What are your thoughts on Ipiria vs Capshell? I'm surprised neither you or shannon had iron dragon in you builds since its always active if you have mekk knight plays. Non-targeting destruction and extra monster zone lockouts are great form of board breaking. Also, Let me know how green horizon and herald of the abyss works out. I still feel a bit iffy on green's strict condition requirements and herald just seems a bit underwhelming, but understandable. Keep up the great uploads man

I think I like Ipiria's effect more since I can draw before deciding what to do with it, which can change the way you use Ipiria (e.g. if you draw Mind Control or Succession out of it). However I can see some nice advantages of Capshell, such as covering for a Morning Star effect (use Capshell and a Mekk Knight for Morning Star, then put Morning Star's effect in block chain 1 and Capshell's effect in block chain 2 so negating Morning Star with e.g. Ash Blossom, the Borreload synchro or Jackal King isn't possible).

Well first off I chose ipiria over capshell for the time being because it's whenever it's summoned so it's easier to resolve. Where as late game capshell has less utility. Green I'm liking more and more just because recycling is too important. Tiamaton is a card I've always liked but I can't say that I've missed it as of late. Maybe I'll play it again, but it's just so bad against thunder and orcust. Herald I'm going to drop going forward for what I'm unsure. As for IP I'd probably not run it. Takes up too much space and I'd rather just make morning star, but I'll have to test it a bit before a make a final decision on it. Hopefully that answers your questions. I appreciate the support!

@@WinterKillz I've been hearing a lot of hype with IP and its ability to give you an indestructible link. Comboing her into an Avramax or either of the Borrel link 4's just sounds amazing. In terms of space, I might just drop lambda (since he shares similar materials) and the gamma package for IP along with ash and ogre

Believe me I've thought about it a lot and I'd still be down to test it more at some point. However it's one of those cards that with this given list i don't miss not having it if that makes any sense. Pinpoint still a decent tech.

I dropped all three Galaxy Eyes Dragons, just cus I just never frkn used them. I keep winning games without them, I always feel like they're just there doing nothing. And taking them out made room for other stuff inlcuding a 3rd Star, so yeah, I'd drop em', they're just not that necessary in my opinion.
