I wouldnt do that. he only has 3 core 1 herz and 1 nächster, thats too little target for 3 bricks to justify. He already plays handtraps and regular traps, his engine is not that big(only 2 emergency and 2 repair). Also apollousa is a HORRIBLE card in cyber dragons, as it needs monsters with different names.

I'd suggest either Duel Overload for the Verte, the last emergency and maybe a second infinity. Or Maximum gold, Apollousa, Machine dupe and also a second infinity.

I can't believe how fast these duels have already gotten between you two, ending games in just a few turns. I think Maximum Gold is a solid option with so many staples: Nibiru could wreck Lightsworns, Scrap Recycler is another way to send Herz, Machine Duplication on Core summons Cyber Dragon from deck, Solemn Judgment if you move even more towards a trap build, and you can get a second Infinity. Otherwise, Legendary Duelists for Cyberload Fusion and, if your deck ever needs to search Galaxy Soldier, Photon Orbital. Love this series!

Great work as usual man! Just a little tidbit of helpful info going forward: when you had Herz on the field and Linkurboh in grave, you could have used Linkurboh's effect in grave sending the Herz from field to grave, getting a search and having Linkurboh on field for future use. It ended up not mattering due to the top deck Drei, but I figured I'd mention something that may help out in future matches. Congrats on the win buddy!

the first battles of legend box used to be mapped if you remember. The secret were always in the same sequence, so by opening the first booster out of a booster box you would know exactly the seccrets that follow and in which order. It is obvious the loose boosters you bought were just the leftovers after the "good" secrets were removed, otherwise you wouldnt have opened 4 dusktopias for example, and none of the good cards: Minerva, Crystal Wing, Omega etc.

Actually the first battles of legend I feel it was a great set. I remember that I did not feel that there were many short prints as I saw multiple people pulling 1-2 Minervas per box.

Keep going into the megatins for more Herz, Rev system, Seiger, and a chance at Nibiru. Or you could open Cybernetic Horizon as those cards are in there too. Sieger at least is a must imo. Dual overload is also an option to try to get Verte Anaconda which makes OTKs easier as well as almiraj which you can link off core with after searching Repair Plant. If you get Verte, you can also start digging 2020 tins for Dragoon.

Ruggles you should consider picking up the ice barrier structures because crackdown can super interrupt his lightsworn plays. Other than that maximum gold is also an option because apollousa is strong and machine dupe is a free infinity. And there is just a bunch of generically good staples in max gold.

I suggest Legendary Duelist Season 2. In 1 pack, I pulled 2 Herz back to back, and then in the next pack from the same box, another one. Seems to be a good way to get some decent Cyber Dragons

Topologic Zeroboros and Bomber dragon are good cards to use albeit kinda situational but zeroboros can destroy both boards then bring itself back with added attack and bomber dragon does similar but keeps itself on the field. Almiraj is good as an extra protector for infinity. That’s all my suggestions. Hope they help.

I would advise on either LDS2 for Common Sieger, cyberload and nächster, or on Maximum gold for a good amount of shiny and greatly abuseable cards including another Infinity and Appalousa

Why not run machine duplication? Target core get 2 cyber dragon out your deck to get instint infinity. Works as another option next to the galaxy soldiers.

I wouldn’t get maximum gold, yes there’s more upgrades for cards but not a lot of cyber dragon support. I’d get more 2019 mega packs or open a ton of season 2 of legendary duelist. I pulled tons of common seigers and other cyber dragon support.

I recommend opening legendary dragon series 2. sieger is a common there and also it includes cyberload fusion as well as Nächster Almiraj also is a very important link 1, it makes hands more live in general, the best example being game 2. Also it helps protect your infinity, which allows you to use Torrential more frequently and in better situations, especially in combination with trap trick. if you decide to run 5 TT (2 Traptrick) i highly recommend playing 1-2 Revsystem, as it makes torrential a beast of a trap, especially with a revsystemed Sieger. A 4200 indestructible link 2 seems pretty good. Also sieger makes your hands more live, because you dont need to make infinity to have anything on board. However, if you want to have a more spammy/combo variant , you could also bring in the millions of dangers into play and cut some of the handtraps or the jammers and other bircks. they increase board pressure and draw power while also throwing in sopme luck and making borrelsword a real possibility. they would also open up new ways for different links, maybe some knightmares from genesis impact could play into this as well as the possible emergency in that set.
