this is why you study new archetypes coming out so you can buy cards before the hype starts. I bought my wolves first day available and only paid 4.50$ for my set. my lady debugs were 15$ for three then the structure decks. so I literally spent under 50$ in total on my deck. FYI you don't need impermanence that's why we have effect veiler and lost wind.

For those still watching in April: Sunlight Wolf is borderline necessary. Cheap alternatives can make this deck extremely more viable. Dump the 2 copy Salads down to 1, and play 3 Effect Veiler. Ditch the 3 Roar down to 1 or w and throw in D.D. Crow. Ditch the borderline worthless Gozen Match for something like a Black Horn or a counter trap that's super cheap and has some functionality or something like MST that can be used going second. This list is primarily themed at the structure deck build, but these additions (minus Wolf) will literally just cost you a few dollars and make the deck that much better.

You need four cards to replace the 2 Gazelles and 2 Circles lost, but don’t quote me on what to add here: 1x Salamangreat Meer: if you draw it with Foxy or Mole you can reveal it and Special Summon it, giving you more cards to summon Heatleo, Chimera or Balelynx 1x Monster Reincarnation: get your Ash Blossoms back because you don’t have Sunlight Wolf 1x Salamangreat Beat Bison: giant beatstick that can be Special Summoned with Will; could be Special Summoned with 3 Salamangreat monsters in your GY, so you can bounce it for Links, then Special Summon it again next turn with Will 1x Salamangreat Claw: use this when you reincarnate Heatleo to make it the hardest card in your deck to stop; works well with Beat Bison to make it basically impervious to anything. Remember: reincarnated Heatleo can attack 3 TIMES on monsters if it has this equipped. You don’t have Miragestallio anymore and this deck doesn’t have Sunlight Wolf, but hey it’s still a good deck :) I run 2 Hiita because I want to lmao

Would Transcode Talker be a good combo extender for recycling Heatleo to use Santuary a bit more? I.E. link summon Heatleo, use sanctuary to reincarnate link summon another Heatleo. Your next turn, play Transcode and revive Heatleo and use sanctuary to RLS the third Heatleo along with powering it up with a possible transcode co-link

Budget players can also pick up x3 Flame Bufferlo for less than $1 each. It's a level 3, fire-type, cyberse, Destiny Draw on legs. Considering how graveyard-heavy Salamangreats are, I'd definitely recommend it. I'm even using them in my non-budget build. Also, I'd ditch x1 Falco and x1 Jaguar for x1 Meer and x1 Rage. Falco and Jaguar recycle themselves, so there's no benefit to running more than x1 of each. Ideally they would be replaced by Foolish Burial and Monster Reborn, though.

Years later, I have a silly question: since Salamangreat Gazelle, Circle, and Miragestallio are all Limited to 1 each, what cards from the structure deck would you pick to replace the illegal copies (at least for Gazelle and Circle, since you have to just drop the extra 2 Miragestallios)? So this deck could be legal (even if not as powerful) today. My personal suggestions are these: First, replace 2x Salamangreat Gazelle with 2x Fencing Fire Ferret. Then replace 2x Salamangreat Circle with 2x Circle of the Fire Kings. If nothing else, they make a good combo together. If you have better suggestions for replacing those 4 cards, I’m very interested to hear your choices. Just please keep them limited to the other cards available in the structure deck, just like you did for your build here.

It cost me $38 just to get 3 boxes. Other videos show you need to get total of $20-$40 more cards to make this perfect. And how you showed how to make a perfect deck just out of the 3 boxes, truly helps no just me but everyone else, who can't get the other supports. Plus I wasted money on Savage Strike and Soul Fusion booster boxes, so I had some other supports for it. But will definitely try this deck profile out!

A lot of people cant find this for 30 bucks for 3. On Amazon it was 20 dollars each and tcg player had 14-15 dollars each. If you are looking for this cheap, barnes and noble has it for 10 plus use "save15" for 15% off. It was great

Well then your hopes of playing this deck competitively just got dashed BIG TIME then... because you need 3 copies of Infinite Impermanence. You need it for negating amazing cards like Thunder Dragon Colossus. I just checked online last night and Infinite Impermanence now cost $94 each. 2 copies of Solemn Strike and 1 copy of Solemn Judgment in the Main Deck as well.

If you bought the newest legendary duelist set and want to build something with the commons, this list is still a pretty good baseline with a few modifications: - Gazelle is still at 1 whilst I write this, unfortunately - Falco, nor mole, nor foxer is not in this set, so jack jaguar and fowl and rage should be run at 3 to compensate - Dogoran -> Volcanic Queen. Not nearly as good since you lose normal summon, but it's the only option. Now this is 30 cards. to fill the empty hole left by lack of gozen match and ash, I decided on a small volcanic engine of: 3x Blaze Accelerator Reload 3x Volcanic Rocket 3x Volcanic Scattershot 1x Volcanic Doomfire The game plan with this engine is Rocket -> Blaze Accelerator Reload -> Scattershot. It is worth noting foxy pops blaze accelerator reload As for the extra: Duelittle Chimera -> Almiraj Flame Administrator -> Number 79: Battlin' Boxer Nova Kaiser (this 2500 rank 4 is the biggest monster you can summon) Overall, losing all link 2s really hurts your ability to climb. If you pull the good salad ultras, put them in here. get rid of that doomfire, excess fowl and jack jaguar in the main deck and that 2500 beater in the extra. Volcanic emission is also a decent card

update jammer is a very cheap and decently strong card in salamangreats so i'd consider adding that to the budget list the card only costs about 1 cent per copy which is great
