Hi Yuca, thank you for the recipes. I am interested in natto but I am only able to buy frozen natto in my country. May I know how to prepare frozen natto for baby?
@YUCasJapaneseCooking4 жыл бұрын
@@ocystella1067 Thank you for asking! I see that Natto is normally sold in the freezer section at the supermarket. :) People freeze natto here in Japan if they cannot eat before the expiration day. No worries! If it's frozen, I recommend to defrost at first and then you can eat as it is. For baby, I recommend to pour hot water and drain well then cut into chunks so that babies can eat!

Hello, thank you for your videos and baby meal ideas. I'm French. My baby is 8 months old. During a meal you give a main dish and a side dish? or just the main dish? Thanks for your help. it will help me for baby who does not want to eat too much.
@YUCasJapaneseCooking2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment! In 7-8 months old, I gave my daughter both a main and a side dish as well. When she doesn’t eat, I just gave her fruits like banana 🍌

Hi new subscriber here..foreigner living in jpn...would u mind telling me ..is there any particular cheese n barley tea for 8 month running baby or can we give the regular one ...
@YUCasJapaneseCooking3 жыл бұрын
Hello Anju! Thank you for your message! About cheese, you can find special cheese for baby at the supermarket! It's a stick type cheese and it says from 1 year-old. I used powder type parmesan cheese and cooked/heated it when I gave to my daughter. - www.meg-snow.com/youji/ And for barley tea, you can find a barley tea for baby at pharmacy store. But, I always dilute the regular barley tea for my daughter. - amzn.to/3zpNVcA (Liquid-type) - amzn.to/2UEilcl (Powder-type : 1 stick need 100ml hot water) Hope this helps!

Thank you for your comment and message!!! I used to feed my baby three times a day; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Same as when I eat my food. Plus, small food or snack (like fruits) when she wants. I hope this helps!

Hello for 5 moths old baby how many times a day can eat a baby?
@YUCasJapaneseCooking3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Thank you for asking! For about a month after starting baby food, it is recommended to have one meal a day. Start with one spoonful of one food per day for the first food you give. From 6 months old, 2 meal a day.

Thank you so much for your comment! 15 months old baby can have almost same foods (but small pieces or less seasonings might better!) with toddlers. I will keep adding new recipes here on "Kid-Friendly Recipes" list.
